This is an unfortunate and misleading review. I visited the home a few times while the guests were here. They did power wash the dock, as they owned a power washing company and offered to do it. We do have dock powered washed a few times a year, and it is never unsafe. The kitchen is well stocked, I checked again after this review was left. As far as ants, I came out and sprayed as they were on the edge of the patio, we are on 2.5 acres and do get ants from time to tome outside. We have replaced the couch and dining table with brand new replacements, we will update pictures but is not misleading. On my first visit I filled the tub with guest there and watched for water to drain for 15 minutes and nothing drained. It was holding water just fine. There was no point in calling plumber. Shower was also working perfectly fine when she turned it on.

Im glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Im a bit confused with the Grill and heating the pool. Grill is working fine, we keep a full propane tank on grill with a spare in the garage. Pool heater has been working just fine. The same heater heats the hot tub, so if hot is working pool would too. Dryer we found out after you checked out, that has been repaired. thank you

This is confusing as I did respond to text messages and also sent messages via VRBO and never hear back. We did address those issues and fixed them immediately. As for the pool, we actually don't leave t he heat on especially during Aug. We find sometimes guests do mess with the controls, so often we have to reset them.

We did all we could to accommodate this guest, the events of this review didn’t happen, although after check out we received several calls from event planners stating they had been scammed out of money and product. Events were not to be held at home, and this guest had planned on an event for up to 200 people, luckily only a fraction showed up

Deepest apologies abut the bed not being made. as explained, the Cleaners had just finished washing all the sheets and comforters and missed making one bed up. We do supply multiple rolls of toilet paper per bathroom as a starter for vacation time. I did notice they were untouched under the sink, I will work on making where they are stored more obvious. I did end up finding the hair dryer as well, now we have two on site after I brought that new one to you. glad everything else was great.

Glad you had a good time. we do have insects sprayed for monthly, unfortunately it is hard to control all spiders outside especially on a lake property in the country. I did notice a couple of spider webs after you checked out and had them removed. We don't have anything resembling a gazebo, Ill reach out to you so I can better understand
