Pictures were deceiving. Backyard was not as nice as it looked. It was not inviting and the furniture outside was not clean. There were no extra bath towels and no kitchen towels at all. The floors were dirty when we got there especially in the kitchen and under the beds. A bedside table had a broken leg. There was a couch blocking our doorway. When I moved it I found a hole in the floor plank (appeared they tried to cover it up). No remote for one of the large tvs Besides the floor, the kitchen was clean. There were plenty of beds for our large family.

none of the exterior lights worked. The tv is the family room was broken. there are no drawers in any of the bedrooms to put your clothes. We were there for a wedding and had to live out of our suitcases for 3 days.

We could not check in on day of reservation due to hurricane. Next day I was told we could check in at 4pm. Never mentioned the power was still out. We arrive and there is damage to the home and glass table top was crushed on back porch and left in a pile. There was glass in the chairs that we didnt see and

Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. Two living rooms and a large kitchen. Lots of stairs and step downs which was difficult for family member with a walker. The residence was very clean and check in was a breeze.

We had a work crew in the area and could not book a hotel room for them due to hurricane Helene distruction. This VRBO was perfect for our crew. The only hiccup was payment confusion but the owner worked with us to get things set up. Would recommend, and possibly rent again.

The check in and out process was easy. Ample space for large families. The host was very attentive and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Nice and quiet neighborhood, the backyard area was large with plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Beaches are about 50 minutes to an hour away. Thank Mary Beth for hosting us we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back sometime in the future.

Some friends and I went to Brandon for an engagement party and very much enjoyed the stay at this house. It was clean, had plenty of towels and essential things. So much space! Hot tub was life-changing, especially because it rained the whole time, so we couldn't enjoy the pool as much. Very clean and host was communicative.

When we arrived at the rental, we very quickly had issues with gnats. There were signs that the owners were attempting to control the issue, but they were still everywhere downstairs. We made our own gnat traps which caught many gnats, but they were still a problem. Other than that issue, we enjoyed the house. I would suggest to the owners that a little TLC would take the house to a better level. There were holes in bathroom walls, a kitchen drawer that was misaligned. Some of the bedrooms could have used a small table to put items on, or a chair to sit in.

10 adults stayed this weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Good location and nice neighborhood. The home is spacious, with two living room areas, 5 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. We were here for an adult hockey tournament and enjoyed the pool between games. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen, and an abundance of dishes/pots/pans/silverware to use. Great communication from the host before and throughout the trip. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

This is our second time at this property, and it's a great place to stay while visiting our friends in the area. It's to nice to have everything we need in the kitchen, and the home is very clean and comfortable. Check-in is very easy with the new electronic display!

My husband & I just stayed at this house, and it was such a relaxing visit! We frequently visit our friends in this neighborhood, and it was such a nice change from staying in a hotel. The home is beautiful and super clean, and has so many conveniences like a coffee station and a fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to staying here again!

We have been staying at hotels in Tampa when in town for business they are very expensive and since 2020 the service is non existent. We are several sisters and friends I have recruited to help with our booth and it was so nice to come home after a long day and unwind and sit the hot tub. We will be back next year!
