Con gusto Sr. Hernan. El club es una propiedad privada, cual significa que si uno no tiene una miembresia tiene que pagar el costo de la entrada diaria. El hotel es compleamente separado de el costo diario para todos los que quieran quedarse en una de nuestras habitaciones.

Gracias por su tiempo y por las 4 estrellas. La razon de no permitir alcohol es porque somos un club privado y por las reglas y condiciones de nuestra licensia de licores. Gracias otra vez por su tiempo y esperamos que vuelva otra vez y disfrute todo lo que temenos para nuestros clients.

Alfredo, gracias por las 3 estrellas. Espero que el ambiente es uno en que se pudo sentir relajado y comodo. Aveces tiene que visitar el logar 2 or 3 veces para estar mas bien y con mente habierta.

We're sorry for the confusion, William. Expedia only allows one resort rate to be listed - and we have several based on who is booking and the days of the week of your visit. The resort fees are explained in detail in the Confirmation Emails sent through Expedia.

Thank you for your review, Carlos. This is a 33-year-old hotel and some amenities found at other hotels just aren't possible to add to the property. We have added upgrades including new mattresses, mini-fridges and microwaves. Other upgrades are planned. We hope you give us another try.

We're sorry you felt you were overcharged. The price listed on Expedia includes the hotel charge plus our resort fee.

Hello Michael,I am sorry to hear that you might have misunderstood our hotel policies. Anyone staying in one of our hotel rooms is allowed to bring in outside beverage and food into their room with the exception of glass products and outside alcohol. Our kitchen staff works very hard to serve the amount of orders we get for food and unfortunately sometimes there is a mix up, I'm very sorry that this happened to you.
