No les recomiendo para nada este lugar las habitaciones por lo menos la mía tenía un olor horrible a cigarro y tabaco durante mi estadía nunca fueron a limpiar el aire condicionado es sumamente viejo y en la noche hace demasiado ruido, tuve que hacer el check out un día antes porque ya no soportaba el olor a cigarro mi hija no se quería quedar perdí mi dinero un lugar horrible

Thank You for your feedback. We are a Non Smoking Hotel and sometimes we get guest that do not abide by the rules and we shampoo carpet and deep clean when we know that they smoked in the room. I wish you would have let us know and we could have moved you to a different room. We will address the A/C issue that you experienced. We truly apologize that we did not exceed your expectations.

The property is definitely dated and looks old but the rooms were very clean and the king size bed and pillows were awesome. The staff were amazing and so friendly, from Darren at check in, and we got there late late, to Trish, Lina and Sue at breakfast who were just fantastic! So very friendly and sweet. We loved them. The front desk person was extremely polite and friendly upon check in and check out. The hotel offered free transportation to and from the airport and also provided a shuttle to the cruise port. I would certainly stay there again.

They have airport and port shuttle which was extremely convenient . I love the market place and tjmax close by to it. Very clean and the staff super nice and friendly
