Nos alojamos la semana pasada 6 dias y la habitación estaba sucia, piso (negro de sucio) el baño ni se diga. Tube q comprar productos para limpiarlo. Habian indicado q la limpieza era de cada dos dias y no fueron a limpiar nunca. Le hago el acercamiento al empleado del counter y se molesta. Exento el empleado Cubano, nos dio excelente servicio.

Definitely the worst and dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. To the degree it is unhealthy enough for the authorities to close the hotel. The room had not been cleaned for months. the pillows were a bag of cheap bits stuffing. The bathroom dirty everywhere and faucets falling apart. The furniture dirty, old and damaged. This hotel doesn’t qualify even for 1 star. lawsuits and fines is what they deserve for abusive and thieves because they charge you around $150 night $50 deposit that can take up to 30 days to be returned.

Es el peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida (precio calidad). Yo entendería esa calidad de hotel en $50.-, pero en más de $170.- la noche en un hotel de esa pésima calidad es prácticamente un robo. No solo es un hotel viejo y muy mal tenido, sin inversión por años, ubicado en un sector muy ruidoso, sino, nuestra habitación se inundó el segundo día, no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación ningún día, aún cuando se pedio con limpieza diaria, solicitamos toallas extras y nunca llegaron. Es mi peor experiencia en un hotel en Estados Unidos.
