Bienvenido al río Hillsborough! Convierta nuestra casa en su hogar y escápese a Bungalow River House recientemente remodelado para relajarse, descansar y recargar energías.

El río Hillsborough tiene una maravillosa comunidad de aves, peces, manatíes, delfines y botes y puede disfrutar de todo desde su patio privado con vista al río. Trae tu kayak o canoa para acceder directamente al río. Bájese hasta Rick's on the River, Ulele Restaurant o Downtown Tampa.

Una de las mejores maneras de ver el río es subirse al Pirate Water Taxi que se encuentra al lado en Ricks en el River Marina, puede subir y bajar en varias paradas a lo largo del paseo del río en Tampa, como Ulele, el Sail Pavilion, y Curtis Hixon Park, mientras contempla las hermosas vistas del río y del centro.

Esta casa ha sido completamente destruida y remodelada (diciembre de 2015) y ahora está lista para alquilar. La casa tiene capacidad para un grupo de 4 personas cómodamente. Tienes todo el piso de abajo de un dúplex de 2 pisos como tu propio apartamento.
El espacioso dormitorio tiene una cama King size, dos armarios y una lavadora y secadora apilables.
En la sala de estar, disfrutará de vistas al agua desde la ventana mientras se relaja o ve la televisión. Los huéspedes adicionales pueden dormir en el sofá cama Queen.
La casa tiene Verizon WIFI, cable básico y una televisión inteligente para que pueda iniciar sesión en sus cuentas personales de Netflix o Amazon.
Pasará la mayor parte de su tiempo en nuestro patio cubierto cubierto que da al río Hillsborough. Disfrute de todas sus comidas al aire libre en la mesa o en un bar grande con vistas al agua. Siéntese en el banco del pequeño muelle que tiene escalones hasta el agua para que pueda traer su kayak o canoa.

USF graduation

We stayed for several days for USF graduation. The house was about 20 minutes from campus depending on traffic. Armature Works and the Riverwalk are close by, and we enjoyed dinner at Ulele and walked over to Rick’s on the Water. This was a great home-base for our family while in Tampa.

Peaceful with a River View

This was a fun place to stay in Tampa and away from all the crazy of the city. The house was clean, cozy, and full of character. Sitting on the back porch watching the boats go by and all the critters around the area made for some good relaxing time. And having Rick's within walking distance made it really feel like vacation. In all, we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Conveniently Located

My teenage son and I stayed 3 nights, I had the front bedroom and my son had the back room with the foldout couch. The back porch is right on the river. Really liked that the property was gated. Close to so many amazing local rerestaurants and bakeries.

Adorable little apartment on the river

Cute and peaceful little apartment on the river. It was very clean and had everything there that you needed. Would definitely recommend staying there. And the host was very quick to respond back to you. I would stay there again.

Great space and outdoor area

The property was clean and ready at our arrival. Being gated is nice, within 12-15 min to airport, international mall. The night view of the city was perfect. Loves the shower which had a bench, The king bed super comfy, the ambient lighting in the bathroom and living room made it easy to move about at night

Mother's Day weekend

We had a lovely few days in Tampa and this was a charming place to stay. Lauren, the owner, replied to a question we had very quickly. The neighborhood is a mix of nice and less nice places but this is a gated property and we felt perfectly safe walking down the road to Rick's on the River at night. We didn't do any cooking but there is a nice little kitchen. With the breeze from the river and the fan on the porch, the outside space of this lower unit was really nice, even in the heat. It was nice to watch all the boats and jet skis going by. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and considering the fact that I’m 8 months pregnant the king size bed was a huge plus. It was nice being able to come “home” early and spend time by the water. We would definitely come back.

Property wasn’t ready by checkin time but host was very responsive Water Taxi no longer operates next door at Ricks but available 5 minute drive on opposite side of the river Televisions use Sling TV - be patient Great location for day trips into Tampa - Ten minute drive into main parts of the city but away from the business districts

a nice getaway

This is a very well put together place to stay. We loved the view from the back patio. Everything was user friendly. It would be nice to upgrade the kitchen supplies a little bit, minor stuff like adding a tea pot or hot water pot for tea, hot mitts for handling hot dishes. Overall it was excellent. thanks so much!

Cool spot right on the river!

Great place to stay, neighborhood was a little underwhelming. Highly recommend checking out Ricks within walking distance though! Loved the patio out back and was pretty close to Raymond James stadium.

Smells Musty

As soon as we walked inside the smell of mustiness hit us. We did not have time to make other arrangements so we stayed the two booked nights. I know there was water damage from the recent hurricane, however, it was not noticeable except for the smell. When I went home my suitcase reeked of odor. I immediately washed EVERYTHING. I put on my CPAP machine that evening and IT reeked. I had to throw away the tubing and face mask as well as change the filter and wash the water chamber. It took three nights to get the smell out. Mostly the rental was OK. The bed was comfortable and there were two TVs with Netflix which we appreciated. When I turned on the shower water forcefully spewed from the shower head. I cleaned it up from the floor and proceeded to shower the way it was. I’m curious how that was missed when the shower was cleaned before our arrival. I reported it for repair. We won’t be returning to that unit.
