Hotel de calidad
Buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable, parking cerrado y vídeo vigilado. Todo muy limpio, camas cómodas y televisión de pago (Sky TV) incluida. Aunque hay bolígrafo, eché de menos unos folios para anotaciones.

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful; even helping us with plans beyond our stay. Our room was spacious and clean with an incredible patio. The restaurant had amazing food and wine choices. The restaurant staff was just as incredible as the hotel staff. We will be going back!

This is a wonderful hotel. All rooms have huge balconies or patios. Our room 204 had beautiful sunset views all the way to the ocean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were modern and spacious. Having an elevator was a nice treat as well. Plenty of parking as well.

Our family stayed a night before our cruise. The hotel shuttle service was excellent from airport pick up then port the next day. We were at their disposable much enjoyed the service and hospitality we received. Restaurant next to the lobby “Ristorante ” was very lively on a Saturday night, Even even continued and brought wine at the patio on out 2nd floor room.

Nice Pre-Cruise Stay
Our stay at Villa Tirreno was a pre-cruise stay. It was not as close to the cruise dock as we had hoped, it was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was beautiful. The restaurant and bar were very nice, the breakfast was one of the best we had enjoyed. Only concern, there was not a shuttle to the dock from Villa Tirreno as advertised . We took a city bus when we arrived by train and arranged on our own for a driver to take us to the cruise dock.

Very helpful staff, I was able to check in very early which was great for me and my wife. The staff also helped me navigate around town and arrange the transfers I needed. Great experience in a quiet Italian town

Hôtel à taille humaine avec une grande chambre idéale pour 4 personnes, terrasse au top avec vue mer (plus grande que la chambre)!! Et une très grande piscine en prime. Petit déjeuner parfait. Au top.. Que du bonheur..

We stayed prior to our cruise and arranged transportation for a family of 6 from FCO through them, which went seemlessly . LUCA was our driver and he was wonderful and timely . He was very helpful and spoke great english which was very helpful . Rooms and balconies were spacious. Food very good in restaurant. We decided to walk off dinner and came upon some fun areas to walk around and take in local sites . We used the pool which was refreshing and not crowded . Staff was all very helpful and friendly . Overall very happy with my choice to stay at Villa Tirreno !

Okay, not superb!
The stay was okay. It was our second hotel in Italy where the pull-out couch was counted as a “bed”. Our quadruple room consisted of a queen sized bed, a twin size day-bed, and a pull-out couch laid out side by side of each other. Of course, such a lay-out made the space in the bedroom quite limited! Luckily, there was a good sized balcony accessible through the room which my children used to enjoy extra space. When it’s not too hot, guest(s) can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding and the ocean at a distance. In terms of cleanliness, I would highly rate the hotel. My group also enjoyed the freshly made food options that were complimentary for breakfast. Note however, the hotel is situated pretty far from Rome as well as the sea port. It is approximately an hour away and the taxi charged us a lot (€210) from Civitavecchia Port to the hotel. From there (Tarquinia) to Rome via the railroad train costs a lot too, and the trains don’t run a regular schedule like what we have in NY. So, if you missed one train like we did, you might have to wait about 2 hours according to the time of day, to get another one.

Love this hotel, but bedspreads are getting too old, sheets are very rough. Noisy shower heads. Stayed 2 nights and both times forgot to leave towel. It shouldn’t happen In a 4 star hotel.

Het hotel heeft alles om geweldig te zijn, goede voorzieningen, prachtige, kamers, goed ontbijt, maar wat is er met het personeel aan de hand? In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!
