The photos of this property are not accurate. The place hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Hair everywhere and a layer of grime on everything. No shower curtain, filthy everything. Great area but not worth staying at this place.

En mauvais état
L'ensemble est délabré et vétuste. Bien sûr il y a de très belles photos mais la chambre que j'ai eue est très petite, 4ème étage sans ascenseur... Le rapport qualité-prix est très défavorable. Le seul avantage pour moi est la localisation qui est parfaite, juste là où je voulais.

The room was in a great part of Jaffa but the building was very poor. You could only communicate through WhatsApp and extra towels and toilet paper never arrived. We booked 3 rooms. One was an attic that our daughter couldn’t stand up in. One was supposed to sleep 4 but the sofa bed was broken and the other one was filthy.

The Good: 10 min. to beach. Off-site staff very nice. Made special effort to send help to carry my heavy bag up steep flight of stairs. Cool architectural windows and balcony. Going for trendy look. The bad: creepy, dirty, hard to find front entrance to old apartment building. Raucous street noise all night. Missing lock on balcony door. Damaged bathroom fixtures. Tea pot, hot plate did not work. Microwave ok. Stained kitchen sink needs scrubbing. No sugar, creamer packets, one coffee packet. Couldn't wait to leave.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us a feedback Dana, sorry to hear about your experience during your stay with us. I wish we could have known what the problem is as we are online 24/7, so that we could have provided you a resolution on what's happening during your stay. Apparently, we only got a notice about what happened after your stay with us. Hope we could still make it right for you on your next visit to Tel Aviv.

Passez votre chemin sans hesiter à moins que vous ne souhaitiez resider dans un appartement sale et insalubre et vous doucher à l'eau froide avec des blattes !!

Sorry to hear about your experience during your stay with us, we never wished this to happen. With regards on the hot water, we did provide you an instruction on how to use it though we did not hear a response from you, apart from that we have also offered you a different apartment from what you originally have. I wish we could make it up to you and make things right on your next visit to Tel Aviv
