Very good!
This ir a very nice Hotel! Excellent concierge, breakfast ok, room service not good at all. Clean, nice and family friendly. The pool isn't good, it's to cold and salt water.

El hotel está ubicado en un sitio espectacular. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno pero carece de variedad de frutas. La habitación linda, confortable pero el closed muy reducido. Excelente la calidad y variedad de shampoos, cremas y detalles diarios para los huéspedes. Los cobertores de la cama muy delgados y cortos. Durante nuestra estadía el servicio fue de alto estándar, con excepción de una housekeeping que muy temprano, azotaba las puertas haciendo ruido. El parqueo no está incluido, pese a esto, tiene mas cosas buenas que malas por lo que lo recomiendo.

Me fue bien salvo q me querían cobrar el 50% del costo de la habitación si queríamos que nos lo den a la hora q llegamos q era muy temprano, el punto es q si tienen la habitación disponible porque no te la dan? Muy molesto

I just love it. The food, position (on the beach on the edge of the centre of the city, lovely rooms with great views, the BEST walks EVER, near everything. Love it to bits. Yoffi!

Chambre vue sur parking alors que j ai pris vue sur la mer Le lendemain changement de chambre pas avant 17h30 donc la journée perdue pour changer de chambre au final on nous change qu à 17h30 donc la journée à rien faire en attendant de changer de chambre pour avoir une chambre qui le lendemain est tellement humide que en mettant mes tong les pieds son mouillé et l odeur d humidité dans la chambre en rentrant est tellement désagréable Séjour très décevant comparé au séjour qu on s passer du mois de juin vraiment aucun rapport On a eu l impression d être dans 2hotel différent tellement dommage Trop déçu de mon séjour

All in all a great experience. Only problem was that with the large number of people staying, sometimes it took a little too long for service. Especially with wait staff. Servers should check with their patrons from time to time. All told though, a nice experience.

Great hotel with excellent amenities and service. Very large pool and lots of sun loungers. Spa was great and the food is amazing. Will definitely go back.

This is a must visit property! After a three week vacation in Israel, we closed out the last three days here and it was a god send property. Accommodating staff who took care of our every request. This was an amazingly relaxing place.

Very disappointing and far from a 5 stars hotel. They have a busy and a non-friendly staff, but the worst part was the cleanliness level. The housekeeping ignored the dirty glasses and dishes for days in the room and often forgot to add water, bath robes etc.. The shocking part was to find out that they arrange the bed ignoring the visible dirt on the sheets. Not only we didn’t get an apology when we complained, but we had an arrogant answer (By One frisky Shalev) that claimed that they can change the sheets after every 5 days, and that its our responsibility to ask for the sheet change in case they get dirty. This was the hotel attitude, and I cant believe the Hilton looks like this.

The location is fantastic but the hotel can use a lot of updating and maintenance. You don't feel that you are in a 5 star, expensive hotel. Staff members are not particularly welcoming or friendly and overall it's simply the beauty of the Mediterranean and the lovely views and location that kept me from cancelling mid-stay.

The Hilton is a trustsed stay. However, you can see that Covid also left an impression. Much of the staff has been let go and replaced by less able staff. Still a great place.
