Cozy Bear Coziness
The property was as advertised. Immediately upon walking through the door I began to wish we were staying longer. Cozy Bear had everything we needed and more. It would be great for a weeks long vacation sadly we were only there two days. Everything was at our fingertips and would be just like you wanted. Plenty of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen space. All neatly packaged for our convenience. I highly recommend Cozy Bear for a lengthy stay or even a couple of days. Awesome experience!

Lovely Private Cabin
The location was wonderful, perfect for morning walks by the water. Peaceful setting. So many little details in the cabin. Hopefully the listing is fixed as it stated a hot tub; and does not have. But host did not realized it was checked and did make it right. Would defiantly stay again

Cozy and Peaceful
My family came to area for my sons wedding. We were blessed to have stayed at this cozy and peaceful cabin in a nice gated mountain community. The kitchen was well equipped. Billy was quick to respond to questions. I hope we can to return in the future when we don’t have all of the wedding responsibilities.

Beautiful cabin and surroundings!
Our college golf team had a great stay at this beautiful cabin. Wish we would have had more time to explore the area, we'll have to come back! The owner thought of everything with coffee and shower toiletries provided! Very timely communication with the owner. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Place to Stay!
The cabin was very clean and had ample amenities. It is a beautiful inside and out and is reasonably priced. I would definitely rent this cabin again if I ever stay in the Madisonville area in the future.

Great Property!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! We saw lots of deer and enjoyed relaxing on the porches after our rounds of golf each day. We had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable, even the futon! We'll be back in October with the men's team! Owner responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Comfort happiness relaxation
I will say that walking in it was even better than what the pictures show it was perfect for my husband my two children who are grown myself in the upstairs My kids shared a room me and my husband did and there was a loft area where my son and daughter hooked up their Xbox and was able to play My aunt and uncle who are 75 years old were able to stay in the master bedroom downstairs with their own restroom and be comfortable and have everything that they needed our favorite time was sitting out on the back deck laughing and having a few drinks we'd go out there when we got up in the morning and then when we came home at night we would sit out there until we went to bed I really enjoyed our stay everything that we needed if I had questions I was able to get a hold of Billy the property manager right away and he got right back to me this was an absolutely amazing space to be in and a place to stay. We definitely will be staying there again if it is available for our next trip
