Tenby Weekend
Lovely and clean. The owner has thought of everything. Good location, right in the heart of Tenby. Just what we were looking for and a good price. Fab weekend. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Homey Flat in a Great Location
My 7-year-old daughter and I stayed here for a few days in February. It was the perfect location! It's on a nice quiet street one block from the main downtown shopping areas and a quick walk to the beach. The decor is modern and tasteful, but still very cozy. My daughter said she never wanted to leave! The only thing I wish I had known was that the windows face the street instead of the harbour. Even so, I would stay there again if I'm ever in Tenby.

Perfect weekend break in Tenby
Superb location and facilities for a weekend stay in Tenby. Check in straightforward with a key box code received via email 3 days prior to arrival. Spacious, two bedroomed apartment situated on the first floor of a Victorian building in a cobbled street in the centre of town. Comfortable, good sized lounge and a fully fitted kitchen providing everything required for a self catering stay. Good wi-fi signal. The central location is perfect, a stone's throw away from the harbour, High Street and the numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. We found on-street parking 3 minutes walk away, however there are also very cheap car parks within a 5 minute walk. Great value for money overall. Thoroughly recommended and will definitley return.

Great location
Easy check in, great location right in the center of town and lots of room in the suite. We just had to quickly vacuum and clean some glasses the first night. Lots of humidity in the bathroom after a shower ,the fan didn’t seem to be working properly. Possibly that’s normal for an older building I don’t know. Comfortable stay besides all that.

Great Location
Great location in the middle of town, what I would say is that the owner may need to invest in double glazed windows, if the town is busy in the evening expect no to little sleep. Otherwise can’t fault it

Tenby Break
The property was in a great central location for Tenby. Although there is no parking it was easy to drop of belongings and plenty of space in nearby car park. Overall it was very clean. The only concern was that the ahower curtain needs replacing. Otherwise highly recommended

Nice stay with family. Host excellent when there was an issue. Location central and easy to get around. Parking cheap at £6 day a short walk away.

A very convenient property.excellent location.a little damp ..musty smell.About half a toilet roll .no welcome pack. Milk would have been helpful..maybe tea bags and coffee .just gives a better feeling.lounge comfortable

Bathroom was musty smelling and found shower curtain very moldy. Parking was couple blocks away but manager advised us in advance and worked well. Large room bed had a tobacco smell. No paper towels, Kleenex or shower soap. These would have been nice. Fan available in room would have been appreciated.

3rd stay at Geoff's apartment. Initial 7 nights but been gifted with one night free (great Easter suprise). Things haven't changed. Great communication. Great price. Everything what you need to cook. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 children (8yr in double bed and 2yr old in our travel cot - there is one in the apartment but we prefer to use our own one). High chair still dirty so no good for using. Hoover dust bin half full on arrival. Carpet under the sofas didn't see a hoover for good while. The major problem is the smell of damp so keeping windows open as long as you can is advisable. Electric radiator in the leaving room not working and Geoff advise is to use a moveable fan heater stored in the cupboard.

Flat in a superb location behind the main street giving easy access to all Tenby has to offer for a great weekend away.The flat was clean and cosy.Bed was really comfy for an excellent nights sleep .I highly recommend and look forward to a return visit .Thank you .

Feeling unsafe with door 🚪 to Main Street constantly open
Late check is not good after a long train journey - especially when strikes are occurring - no 🧻 loo roll - bathroom plug not working - lift filthy - and security to building is very concerning

First stay in tenby
The property was really well located in the heart of Tenby. It was clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Communication on the property was excellent and really helped with all the details needed from access/parking/Wi-Fi/keys and where to find it. Would recommend it as great place to stay.

Good location with cleaning issues
This is our second stay here. First one was 7 nights. This time was 8. 4 adults + 7yr + 1yr old. It was great to see that Geoff has followed our last recommendations which we have listed after our last stay. Shelf unit added into the bathroom, Netflix installed and most importantly the damp was removed from the bathrooms and windows area was painted. Communication is great , the same as last time. Unfortunately we had a problem with a chairs fabric peeling off and getting spread everywhere and then getting onto our 1yr old feet, ears and even eyes. Tried hoover it but hoover was full of dust and rubbish. Spent nearly 1h on cleaning the hoover and then hoovered the whole apartment. Dust been got full which means cleaners haven't hoovered this apartment for a while. Reported this to the owner who offered some refund. Refund hasn't arrived yet.

Wonderful Tenby stay
Booked for LCW. Apartment was right by North Beach, which was great for tired legs!! Property just as listed, really clean and couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely book again.

6 nights stay with 1.5yr old, 7yr and wife. Positive: 1st floor with lift Location Kitchen amenities Good size of the beds Towels Quick owner response to messages via Vrbo Negatives: Mould in few places No instant hot water in both: kitchen and bathroom sink/taps Nonfunctional hoover Lack of the storage/shelf in the bathroom which could be used for toiletries Partially functional windows blinds Good ideas for the Host: Smart TV + Netflix Swap dishwasher for wash machine Reported all the issues to the Host. Booked it again for a week stay in August. Hopefully all the problems gets resolved by then.

Very easy. Keys were in a box just inside the building there were two sets making it very convenient for us. If I have one critism it would be that the kitchen could have been cleaner. The sink was a bit dirty and the cutlery drawer needed cleaning out.

NYE Stay
Fab location, great facilities in the apartment. Easy check in process. Excellent communication with Geoff, we were able to check in early and check out late, which was great. Water pressure was a little low but we managed as only a short stay. Would definitely stay again.
