Quiet location perfect!

Great Condo for a Weekend Away
Condo has everything you need for a weekend away. Neil is an excellent host. He gave a ton of great information about the area and activities and restaurants prior to our arrival and was super helpful when we were having problems with the cable tv. Walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village or there is a shuttle you can take. The only thing I would say is that we found the floors to be quite cold so bring some slippers! Great place for a weekend getaway!

Cozy stay in Collingwood

Clean and Comfortable
The unit is very clean, the bed is comfortable and it is very close to the Blue Mountain Village. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. I would stay here again if I am every in the area.

Perfect for 2 people I love how clean the place is, especially love the dehumidifier in the room, it kept the place nice and comfortable. The place is also very close to the village. Neil was very fast at replying our messages as well! Would recommend this 😊

Perfect get away for him and her. Close to all amenities, amazing views everywhere.

Every thing was good except the sheets and towels looked like wasn’t clean enough we found a lot of long hair on them and we decided to not using them, the sofa bed mattress was dirty and few pieces of bread and food on it, and it wasn’t the proper blanket for the sofa bed available also , the extra pillows was on the floor in closets also dirty that I had to use the alcohol first before using case , other than those everything was great

The people upstairs were very loud all night long. We specifically chose to not stay in the village because we wanted quiet. But the condo itself was lovely and despite the noise enjoyed our stay

Nice and cozy place
Nice and cozy place. Close to all amenities. Place and photos look as advertised. Little bit disappointed with heating in wash room.Heater did not work. Due to kids in upstairs it was noisy during 2nd night. Overall satisfied with the place and it was worth the money.

Good value for money
I was in the area on a business trip so I only needed a place to sleep for a few days. The accommodations were a good value. On a side note, the nearby Blue Mountain Village seems very contrived - almost like Disney World - rather than an authentic experience.

Stylish and Clean Condo Near the Village
Host was extremely professional with great communication. Condo was modern, clean and perfect for a couple or young family of 3-4. Nice walking nearby. Clean pool and tennis courts to use as well. Thank you for the lovely stay! We really enjoyed it.

Exactly as Listed
We had a great stay here in August, and the listing was exactly as it appeared! The only bad thing I can say is that my kids were disappointed as the pool hours were adjusted by the resort and weren't open as late (by no fault of the host as it was the resort security that set the hours).

I am not impressed with the property, although everything was fine. The unit is too small for four people, and privacy is compromised, We closed all the curtains and the blinds as the people in the adjacent unit are visible most of the time. There is a wall cloak and a table cloak, but none work. Out of four people, one has to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Hi Abdus , glad your stay was fine . Thanks for the blinds suggestion , after your stay we put up darker , more privacy curtains . The clocks are more decorative pieces as there is a functional clock on the stove , microwave and looking for the time on your phone is also an option . In the listing it also says that there is a king bed with a queen pullout so yes although the condo sleeps 4 people , two of the four would use the pullout , which was posted in the listing at the time you would have booked the condo . Pros: Condo was as described in pictures. Location was a short drive to the Village and Northwinds Beach. Very peaceful location. Pool and hot tub were clean. Unit had what was needed. Free parking. Wifi and TV reception good. Good communication from owner with detailed explanations. Cons: UNIT:Floors and under sofa bed were not very clean. Mats at front entrance still had salt stains from winter. Shed was too narrow to hold bicycles so stored them on side porch. California shutters are broken so each individual slat has to be opened or closed. Patio door needs a screen. Grounds and Property: (aging; needs more careful maintenance) Charcoal BBQs were full and dirty when we arrived on Sunday and were only cleaned by Tuesday. Deck around pool has paint peeling. Garbage can in pool area was overflowing from Sunday til Tuesday. Door in pool area to access washrooms was locked until Friday. Stairwell was full of leaves and cobwebs. Had to go around and enter main building to access.
