Es un edificio histórico hecho con lujo y su ubicación es muy buena, el servicio de un hotel de categoría superior apenas pasa (para el standard de servicio holandés está muy bien), pero el local necesita reformas y mantenimiento, realmente no llega a la categoria de 5 estrellas en el estado actual

I was really disappointed. First of all the reception is massively understaffed and not well trained. There were a lot of communication problems and also long lines for check in and check out. The staff would constantly run around and ask other colleagues about what to do and how to solve problems. It felt like only one or two people knew what to do and the rest all had their first day at work. Super frustrating. The room was also not what we expected. It was very tiny and the view was terrible. There was a dirty balcony with shattered glass and joint stubs lying around. The biggest disappointment was definitely the spa. The pool is super tiny and it was full of children. There was no way to relax or enjoy the time since it was very crowded and the pool has the size to fit maximum 6 people without getting jumped by kids. All in all the building is beautiful and the location is also amazing but this hotel is definetly not worth the price and I won’t recommend a stay if you came for recreation.

Der Service beim Frühstück war unterirdisch, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt u neu eingedeckt, dadurch immer nur wenig Plätze verfügbar. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr übersichtlich und einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht angemessen, das Rührei bspw. war jeden Tag trocken.

Mit einem Kurhotel hat das Ganze leider gar nichts zu tun. Das schöne Hotel fügt sich im hässliche Hochäuser ein, der Strand ist aufgrund der vielen Geschäfte, aufbauten, stahlungetüme überhaupt nicht sichtbar. Man muss lange laufen um überhaupt an den Strand zu gehen und einen schönen Ausblick fern ab der vielen Kommerzialisierung zu bekommen. Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer fünf zur Straße raus, abends super laute Musik bis towr in die Nacht. Der Spa Bereich ist dürftig ausgestattet, für Eltern mit Kind nicht wirklich was dabei. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder. P.S. Obwohl nirgends vermerkt, kosten die Getränke in der Mini bar 6 Euro pro Stück.

Im derzeitigen Zustand sind die Preise für Zimmer sowie Frühstück überzogen. Die Erwartungen des historischen Hotel werden nicht erfüllt. Scheveningen selbst immer wieder!

Im Restaurant Waves war der Service schlecht. Im Zimmer sind gravierende Gebrauchsspuren an den Möbeln. Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Charme, der aber unter einem gravierenden Investitionsstau leidet. Nach meiner Auffassung hat das Hotel keine fünf Sterne verdient!!

Locatie is perfect. Kamers vond ik minder goed in oude staat. Roest op de scharnieren de deurslot hangt er bijna uit. Veel vlekken op de vloerbedekking. Hotelkamers zijn aan een op knap beurt toe. Verder was het goed..

This is a great place to stay on the beach, the area is a bit dangerous at night. When we arrived, we saw two teens doing drugs outside, you are right next to a casino. The room was very nice, sheets and bed were great. The tub was very very dangerous. The shower was in the tub, it was a big step down. I had to ask for help out of the bathtub as I'm not too tall. It was slippery too. The breakfast was almost like an American Breakfast, it was really good.

Super mooi, schoon en luxe hotel. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en voor onze zoon werd een uitgebreid glutenvrij brood assortiment geregeld.

Komme immer wieder gerne, da das Hotel auch sehr zentral zum Meer liegt. Wäre mir trotzdem lieber, wenn die Zimmer mehr mit Duschen statt mit Badewannen ausgestattet wären. Für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen etwas schwierig einzusteigen.

We hebben 3 pogingen moeten doen om in te checken aangezien onze kamer niet klaar was. Verder wel heel fijn verblijf gehad en de extra kamer.
