This hotel was good value for money, in one of the best areas if you intend to stay in the heart of town, a stone’s throw from the waterfront. Rooms’ decoration and furniture would claim to be contemporary minimalistic but are more on the bare/ikea standards as far as i am concerned. However, unlike in many boutique hotels of this kind the basics are good: very big room and bathroom, good shower, lots of windows and a balcony. Soundproof isolation could be improved. Service is rather formal and limited in scope. Total lack of breakfast and even coffee is an issue,
