Me decepcionó. Él lugar y área de desayuno eran realmente poco higiénicos y sin servicio de agua caliente en pleno invierno. Tuve que cancelar y buscar otro hotel a última hora luego de un largo viaje.

Should not be open!! Bedding and furniture outside of building. The room smelled like mold. Electrical wires in bathroom are exposed. No mirror in bathroom. No garbage cans in room. Dumpster right outside the door?? Very sad!!

No breakfast served even though they boasted a free continental breakfast. The room was pretty gross and dirty. The “private beach” was across a busy main road & falsely advertised. For $140, I’m extremely disappointed.

This property is awful, Inn is under some remodeling and there things all over the property. We went check in and had to call someone’s cell to tell them we were here to check! Property offers things on website and there is none of it! I reserved King bed room, Room was ok, but bathroom was bad. Tub did not drain, tub dirty. Towels awful, small,stained People never in office,main doors suppose to be locked after 9pm. Never locked!! Nothing like website offers. Skip by this one!!

Room is dirty, carpet is stained, found a needle in the drawer to the "desk" that the tv is sitting on. Bathroom sink is leaking into the cabinet beneath. Pillows on bed are flat. Blanket is paper thin. Fridge was not on. No toiletries in the bathroom. Website description of property also did not advise renovations were ongoing.

Limited staff hours made it difficult to get help. The room was very clean but the TV remote (with which the change of TV stations was impossible.). Also, the cups, glasses and silverware was inadequately supplied.

Shower had holes where the water leaked into the living area. Room door looked like someone jammed a knife into it. Fire exit blocked by mattresses and furniture. Breakfast in the morning as promised did not exist. Ice haha empty with a napkin and flys. Only acceptable thing was the one innkeeper was very nice so I do feel for him.

Neo the front desk was very nice. Property room was horrible. Dirty sheets ripped and comforter stained. Absolutely disgusting Checked in at 9pm and left at 930pm to go to a different hotel

It wasnt that great honeatly, it was dirty, found some hair on the bed, the shower sucked, looked like they havent cleaned in months. The shower head was super filthy. Found atleast a couple bugs in the room as well

Neo at the front desk was fantastic! Great place ended up staying longer because of it! Love the place! would stay here over other places in Tilton! Best quality for price any day of the week!

I was very surprised by the size of the room. It also had a sink, cabinets, plates, coffee cups and glasses. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The room i booked had pudding or poop on the king size pillow cases, the shower had not been cleaned. I immediately went to front desk they gave me another room a "suite" which the sink had food or vomit in it, hairs all over the sheets, urine and feces on toilet seat, the towels dingy stains and dirty foot prints on them.The tv hardly worked and all smoke detectors were ripped out of both rooms just wires hanging down. No hot water luke warm. Place was filthy.

Upon check in we were informed that there is no breakfast, since the price was discounted. (The Expedia listing states breakfast is included.) The room contained no wash cloths and the shower head was spraying up to the ceiling, where the paint was peeling. The beds were relatively comfortable but extremely springy, feeling like i was sleeping in a bowl of jello. An average rating is generous.

When we walked through the door there was no one at the desk you had to call a number for them to come check you in. When we got our key we opened the door and got an immediate burst of stench I have no idea what it was but it was so bad we had to go back out to Walmart and get room spray. There was blood on the seat of the bathroom. Holes and dirt stains on the walls. We specifically chose by the lake for a relaxing weekend not do anything and just enjoy eachothers time and the tv that was provided was older which wasn’t the issue but the fact one the remote wasn’t even to the tv and only worked for the volume and off and on as well as the fact that it didn’t even work we tried the regular tv provider it was all staticky and the picture was barley there and then we went out and spent money on an adapter for an Xbox and it still didn’t work so we had to use a laptop all weekend. We called the guy to see if there was something to be done and he said he would look for a tv in the basement and let me know and never called me back. The place also said that they provided breakfast from 8am-10am and they did NOT. We went to go get ice for our water with the communal ice machine and it was dirty and didn’t work. The sheets and bed were thankfully clean as well as the shower sink and bathroom towels. We loved the fact that there was the AC/Heat/Fan in the corner of the room we love sleeping with our fan so it was a nice touch! Overall it wasn’t an amazing stay & probably wont be back

Wouldn’t stay again.
The hotel was clean, that’s about the only nice thing I can say. Received a call from the proprietor when we were about 20 minutes away stating they had to cancel our room. Then received another call stating they could put us in another room. The rooms are falling apart. Scrapes in the wall, towel holder falling off the wall, electrical outlets coming out of the wall. No cable tv (as advertised), no coffee or breakfast (also as advertised), bed was very uncomfortable. Just glad I didn’t book the whole long weekend as originally planned.

Hotel does not have a pool as listed, and during “breakfast hours” the room where breakfast is supposedly served was locked. Very poor.

Bed Bugs and dirty
This hotel was disgusting. Pictures were misleading and come to my room to find nothing but hair all over the furniture, in the bathroom, and sheets. That is not the only found in sheets, I also found bed bugs after lying down. There was quite a few of them. I called the front desk who acted surprised, they tried to put me in the adjacent room, I had to leave it was so disgusting and infested. This place needs a health check.

The staff we interacted with was friendly. However, upon entering our room it almost looked like the staff left mid cleaning. There were cleaning supplies left out, the sheets were a bit dirty, and we weren’t sure if the pile of towels on the microwave were clean or not.

Disappointing to say the least
It was disappointing. Not what I was hoping for. There were cockroaches everywhere. The bed was small, more like a double, not a queen. The good thing was they refunded my money.

The room we stayed in was not remodeled or updated as the description states. The toilet paper holder had been ripped of the wall, no hand soap at all, the tv stand was missing a full drawer and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work! The room had not be cleaned well as right behind the door was a past tenant’s belongings! We would NOT recommend or stay here again.

I loved the location. The building inside and outside needed repairs and upgrades. I think the management did the best they could with limited resources. The outdoor stairs need leveling. The inside ceiling looked poorly repaired. They need to provide more soap. The sink didn't drain properly.

Disappointed
No hand soap, no towel bar in bathroom (broken) and no hooks to hang anything anywhere and the beds were uncomfortable. The photos on the website made the room look nicer than it was

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We know ma'am that motel need to be fix. We own this motel from last few month. Until now, we are busy so we can't do any thing. So, we are starting from next month for upgrading the rooms.

This hotel is filthy. There are dirty mattresses all over the property, the cleaning people just sit on the beds they just made and probably didn’t wash. I arrived got a room and the sheets were so gross I went back to get a new room. They gave me a new room, I walked in the room was still dirty and beds were not made from the night before. 3rd room also gross so I got ready for a wedding as I was running out of time and ended up driving home that night because there was no way I was sleeping in that gross hotel. This place should be closed down!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. But ma'am, if you want to do check in at 12:30 then you have to adjust a little bit with us. We try our best to accommodate to you. As well as you call us for refund and when we decline that you said that you were going to post the bed review as you did. If you want want the refund then why you didn't tell us? If you did that then we would approve your refund.
