Stayed 4 nights. The host was very friendly and checked how we were doing almost every day. The beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we visit Timaru.

Overall the owner was very nice and receptionist was really nice except had to do all via the phone and no receptionist was onsite. The owner helped with added heater to keep room warmed up

Thank you Jonathan for your comments. While the motel is managed remotely we can have support there within minutes so it's not a problem.

Clean, spacious, quiet motel.
We booked Fitzgerald on King because it was close to where my daughter lived and the very good reviews. It definitely lived up to the reviews, it was very clean, recently decorated, sunny, roomy, quiet and reasonably priced. It was really good having 2 separate bedrooms as we travelled with our adult son. We would have liked to have had clean towels each day - maybe we didn't read the instructions correctly and should have advised the office - but it didn't matter we managed! Would definitely book again.

These are older units but very spacious and well equipped. I had contact with management and they were very helpful, friendly and professional. Close to Timaru Gardens and the hospital.

Nice place and really enjoyed our stay. Self-check in was fast and easy with no need to meet staff or collect keys. The two bed room apartment was very spacious and clean. The only negative was the bed sheets of the queen bed were bit dirty.

Hi Anil we appreciated your comments. Sometimes the sheets are marked when they come from the suppliers. We do ask that our cleaners don't use those sheets and we return them to the supplier for a refund. I will certainly follow up with our cleaners and your comment was helpful.

Perfect location and well equipped for self catering. Looks recently refurbed, so extremely well presented with comfortable beds. Hosts were kind and helpful. Only negative was, stated daily service, we had a partial service on our second morning.

Two thumbs up!
We only stayed one night but it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We arrived after office hours but reception everything was ready for us. Portacot was already set up upon arrival which was good. My only gripe was it would have been nice to have individual heaters in the bedrooms instead of relying on just the main one in the lounge (although it eventually did heat up the whole apartment, it just took a little while). Good value for money. Will stay again.

Overall this was are gine place to stay at for an overnight stay. Toom alittle bit tired but at the same time comfy. Nice greeting when checking in.
