Hola buen día,la habitación tiene olor a moho,las carpetas están húmedas,pague 600 dollares por una noche,exorbitante el precio de la habitación y ahora mismo no he recibido 100 dlls de depósito que pague con mi tarjeta,un verdadero abuso

Vacaciones
Me cobraron una habitación con desayuno incluido y los domingos y lunes no ofrecían desayuno. El lunes comimos en el Restaurante y pedimos sirloin well done y lo cocinaron tanto que estaba quemado y amargo. Al llegar a la habitación había una comida del huésped anterior lo que denota pobre actividad de limpieza y de supervisión. El falso techo de la habitación tenía una grieta a todo lo ancho de la habitación (habitación 217)

Muy buen hotel en Tirusville
El hotel es excelente, los servicios son buenísimos. Ademas, las instalaciones son nuevas y todo es de primer nivel. El único comentario es que el wifi a veces tenía intermitencias.

When we turned back the bed there was a sock between the pillows and there was a lot of hair in the shower. Reported to front desk. They did offer to move us.

The room was clean, but perhaps a detergent has harmed the finish on the furniture leaving streaky stains that were sticky in places. Front desk was polite. Able to park even when the lot started filling up. We would go back.

Nice stay, hotel and rooms were clean and in good condition with except of one of the elavators, missing a button on console and and same elavator the floor hope not been mopped and was dirty

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, another guest had pushed the button too hard and it broke so we had to wait until the elevator company came out to fix it and as this happened on a weekend it had to be fixed on Monday. Our apologies for this inconvenience.

Sorry to hear that you did not receive Housekeeping as it is provided every day unless you have a Do Not Disturb sign on your door which appears to be the case. Remember at all hotels you can dial 0 and the Front Desk can always assist with your housekeeping needs. Hopefully, you did this and your concerns were resolved. Have a wonderful day.

I am 61 years old. I booked my room for the 13th and the 14th and the lady would not let me check in until 3:00. The next day it was terrible. So finally management came in housekeeping and another lady Mike got in my room at 3:30 a.m. I paid over $200 for my room. I'm a local lady that lives in Titusville the young girl. Her name was Grace. It was a terrible, terrible experience. I've stayed at Holiday in several times and to be treated that way. I should have been coughed for the whole entire thing. I've never heard of such. She said I have to put I'll put the wrong date and I said it's after midnight so it is the 13th and she said no it is not by our computer so I'm sure you understand what was going on. Thank you

We are sorry that you were confused about the check-in time but it is at 3 pm on the day of arrival booked. Checkout time is at 11 am on the day of departure. As explained when you arrived after midnight on your scheduled day of arrival, we did not have any rooms and you asked to contact the booking agent who made your reservation because we were sold out and did not have any rooms available.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It's extremely convenient to both Merritt Island and Orlando Wetlands. Last year, we had a fabulous experience in this hotel. This year, both couples on different floors found the rooms smelled like mold/wet dog. Seemed to be an air conditioning issue. It was so strong, it caused one of us to have an allergic reaction and need to go to urgent care for treatment after we got home. The restaurant was very good although we did get an expired container of milk that smelled bad. The other container was fine. Restaurant was understaffed, so service was slower than usual. The hotel keys kept not working, presumably because cell phones deprogram them. Trying to keep the key away from my cell phone was a challenge since they both live in my purse and my wallet is part of my cell phone case.

The room we had backed up to the elevator and all night we kept hearing the cables of the elevator moving. Neither of us got any sleep.

Don't get a king , get 2 queen size
The Staff is friendly and helpful. The outward is clean and quaint. The rooms are cleanly, but the bed experience was horrible. I was move to another room after my 1st room king size bed felt like laying on a sheet of plywood snapped in half. The 2nd room king size bed was just a little better. I have slept in a MRAP( Mine resistance armor personel vehicle) in the middle of Iraq that felt better . The sales manager did offer breakfast and deduction from my bill at checkout, but the back issues for my wife and I was still there. Great place to stay but ask for 2 queen beds!!!!!!!
