Tienen un desayuno horrible, a supone vamos extranjeros ahí deberían de tener un desayuno internacional. En general el aspecto del hotel es feo y las habitaciones muy pequeñas

Gracias por tu estadía. Gracias por sus comentarios sobre el desayuno.Consultaremos con el chef y decidiremos qué hacer en el futuro. ¿Es el desayuno terrible natto, huevos crudos, etc.? Estos son desayunos japoneses generales, y muchos extranjeros los prueban. Es un desayuno delicioso para nosotros, pero es aterrador para los extranjeros. Consideraremos el menú del desayuno en el futuro. Gracias por tus comentarios.

No es lo que parece…para nada recomendable
En lineas generales no se los recomiendos en lo absolhto. Yo vivo en japon y he ido a muchos hoteles a nivel nacional, mas en tokyo claro y me deje llevar por los comentarios y fue una experiencia muy desepcionante. Primero el precio es uno de los mas caros que he pagado en tokyo, anteriormente pague uno a mitad de precio y fue una de las mejores estadias, es por ello que el precio no significa que sea un buen hotel. La habitacion es pequeña pero acogedora, lo unico que no me gusto es que el baño y la tina de baño esten al descubierto las puertas y ventanas som transparentes, no tienes mucha intimidad. La cama estaba limpia pero tenia un olor de tabaco no muy agradable. El desayuno fue peor aun, muestran una pared llena de vinos que no puedes tomar y el desayuno es 100% japones, no hay opciones de frutas o desayunos occidentales. Toda la noche se escucharon ruidos de la cañerias y el minibarno funcionaba, y eso no es todos señores si quieres usar la television, deberas pagar mil yenes mas para comprar una tarjeta que tan solo dura un par de horas.

Thank you very much for your stay with us. We apologize for the defects during your visit. We are very sorry for the insufficient explanation about many things. Most of our rooms have clear glass bathrooms to make the rooms look bigger. We understand it does not have privacy. And to keep privacy, we have roll curtains, which is rolled up usually and wasn`t easy to find. We will improve this immediately. Also, we will add more informations about our pay TV system and regular free TV channels. And to improve our breakfast. To ensure your comfortable stay here next time, we will improve these problems as soon as possible.

スタッフの対応が非常によく、全く不快感はありませんでした。 急遽の延泊にも対応してくれました。 立地も申し分なくアクセスも不自由しませんでした。 朝食が凄く美味しかったです！ また、出張があれば泊まりたいなと思います。

We stayed at one three peoples room for four nights. The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotel at Tokyo. The price also includes the breakfast. Simple but okay for us! Less than 10 minutes walking to Shinbashi station. The neighborhood is quiet also. We would come back again!

This place was amazing do not listen to the negative reviews! The breakfast is good! They have rice, eggs, miso soup, etc.. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is in the middle of the city there are nice parks and the subway is 10 mins away. It’s a calm area.

このたびは当ホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 当ホテルは、実は新橋でも１、２を争う老舗ホテルです。このホテルができて２０年以上が経過しております。２０１３年に全面改装をし、その後小規模な改装はしておりますが、やはり古い印象は否めないかと存じます。写真はどうしてもいいところばかり写してしまいますため、ご不快に思われたのでしたら大変申し訳ございませんでした。 建物をすぐに新しくすることは出来ませんが、それ以外でご不満な点等ございましたら、早急に改善させて頂きますので、お気付きの点等ございましたらまたご意見を頂ければと思います。 より良いホテルを目指して努めて参りたいと思っておりますので、今後ともご指導ご鞭撻のほど、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

また利用しようと思います。
駅からは、ちょこっと歩きますが、とても落ち着く環境で仕事が部屋ではかどりました。すぐ近くにシェア自転車もあり利用。築地方面までサイクリングして楽しめました。

このたびは当ホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 清掃及びWI-FIの件ではご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、大変申し訳ございませんでした。清掃の件は、担当者と良く話をして問題点を洗い出し、改善して参ります。もしよろしければ、清掃で気になった点を教えて頂ければ大変嬉しく存じます。 WI-FIは私共でも頭の痛い問題で、WI-FI自体が不安定な物ではあるため、多くのお客様が一斉に使用された場合はどうしても繋がりにくくなってしまいます。容量を上げたりスピードを上げたり、可能な限り改善はしておりますが、一日の中で繋がりにくい時間がどうしても出てしまいます。 業者とも相談し、今後もまた改善を進めて参りますが、どうしても繋がらない場合にはポケットWI-FIのご用意もございますので、フロントにお申し付けくださいませ。ただこちらも台数に限りがございますので、ご提供出来ない場合もございます。 今後も可能な限り改善をして参りますので、また機会がございましたら、是非ご利用下さいませ。 またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。

Good Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff
While it started out rocky, the Hibiya City Hotel redeemed itself very quickly. The first night I accidentally booked a smoking room and I didn't realize, so I was surprised when I walked in the room and no other rooms were available. After night 1 I was moved into a non-smoking room for my second reservation which lasted 4 more days. The room was fresh, clean and larger than the original room I had, as expected. The hotel itself is a little warn when you look at things up close but overall it is well priced, clean, and the service is very good. Breakfast was a little lacking for a westerner however it was free and filled me up. Great coffee too. I would definitely stay at this hotel as it is priced well, clean, and the hotel staff is eager to please. It is located close to Shimbashi station and right outside of the shimbashi area so lots of places to eat and drink after work.

가격대비 만족스러웠던 숙박 입니다. 위치가 신바시역에서 도보 5분 정도, 긴자까지도 도보 15분 이내로 다녀올 수 있어서 접근성이 좋았어요. 대로변에 있으나 시끄럽지 않은 곳이라 안전하고 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 하네다 공항까지의 접근성이 참 좋습니다. 하네다 공항까지 편도 25분 정도 걸리구요. 신바시역에서는 전철로 어디든 가기 편해서 좋았네요. 방도 그렇게 좁지 않았고 무엇보다 화장실과 욕실이 크고 넓어 사용하기 편했습니다. 조식도 충실하게 나온 편이었어요. 전반적으로 만족스러웠던 숙박입니다!

Good location and near to Shimbashi station 500m .The rooms are not big and no TV service.VOD is avaikable for 1000yen which is freely available in Netflix snd Amazon Prime.
