Muy buena opción.
Si mejoraran el desayuno tendría la maxima puntuación. Este es caotico, las maquinas de cafe se averian con facilidad, falta producto a menudo, la piña y el mango son congelados y los sirven muy frios. El salón del desayuno es pequeño para el tamaño del hotel. Todo lo demás esta bastante bien, un tipico hotel japones, con habitaciones pequeñas pero muy bien equipadas. Señalar que a pesar de tener casi 40 plantas, los ascensores funcionan muy eficientemente y las esperas son mínimas. Al estar en un centro comercial, muy grande, tiene nucha vida cerca. Esta bastante bien situado.

Love this location. The airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the hotel is connected to the Sunshine City. Lots to shop and eat. The room was spacious for 3 adults with 3 twin beds.

The staff was friendly and the shared floors were clean and nice. The room was clean, but it was a shame that the gap in the bathroom was so dirty that it was noticeable.

Very good location which is just about 10min walk to Ikebukuro station, your gateway to Mt Fuji, Yokohama and Kamakura etc. Within the hotel, it has Family mart and direct link to Sunshine city. Airport limousine bus stops right here too! Highly recommended for everyone!

Rezeption kommt umfreundlich und reserviert rüber. Personal im Frühstücksraum Bayern sehr unfreundlich. Obst teilweise tiefgefroren. Essen nicht liebevoll angerichtet und wenig Auswahl. Kein Vergleich zu geposteten Bildern des Hauptraums des Hotels. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte Nachbarn schnarchen hören. Teilweise Haare im Bad. Kühlschrank musste ausgestöpselt werden - mega laut. Zimmer viel zu klein. Reinigungspersonal sehr laut am Morgen. Preis ist für die Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Personal an der Gepäckausgabe sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut!

The noise is bad! The hotel room cleaning service lost our stuff while they were cleaning. And they did not apologize at all. After they found it, we gave them our address 3 times! And they still ship to a wrong address. Very horrible experience!

Lobby doesn't have enough chairs to sit around. We asked 11:30am late check out but need to pay the extra fee for extra 30 minutes delay. While other hotels we stayed offered 2pm free of charge. AC in room isn't cold enough and not enough hot water to shower. Far away from train station. Overall we will not stay here again.

Their breakfast is awesome and their location is convenient and close to shopping areas. Our AC was not working so I requested for a fan which they gladly provided. The elevator can get really crowded and you have to wait most of the times. Best thing is the conbini downstairs which is our go to place for onigiri, drinks and snacks. Overall, it’s a pretty good property for Japan travel.

Sunshine City Prince Hotel was a convenient place to stay as there is a shopping mall right next door. There is a lot of food option as well. Rooms for 2 adults and 2 children was quite spacious. Limousine bus also stops at this hotel so getting to the airport is easy. The AC however could have been colder as we had it on the max but our room didn’t get cold enough.

Everything was great! The only thing that wasn’t was the bed. It was too firm for my back and I didn’t sleep well but the hotel itself and staff were lovely. Very convenient location.

良かった点 ✳︎商業施設と直結で飲食、ショッピングには最適 ✳︎ホテル内コンビニが24時間営業 ✳︎チェックイン.アウトがスムーズ 気になった点 ✳︎朝食ブッフェ会場で混雑時、空席の案内もなくコップやトレーなどの補充もされていなかった。食事の内容は品数少ない。インバウンドで多くの諸外国観光客の中で咳込んでいる方々もいらしてテーブルの間隔も狭く、食事を取り分けるトングなど感染対策面で不十分。 総合評価 ビジネスホテルより快適に滞在できると思いましたが、値段の割に部屋が狭くユニットバス仕様で残念！清潔感はありました。 ホスピタリティを求めず立地条件で選ぶとしたら、また利用できるかもしれません。

The location is awesome. The airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is connected to the Sunshine City mall where there are lots of shopping and eateries. There’s also a family mart at the lobby which is super convenient. However, the walls are very thin and I could hear people talking in the next room. Also, the power point plugs are in the wrong location for phone charging. They are not near the beds but under a table. The JR Yamamoto line is also not very near, about 15 minutes walk.

I did not expect this hotel front desk to not offer luggage forwarding service. I was told by the staff to go to the attached Family Mart or the nearby Yamato Transport (already closed at 1pm!) to mail my luggage... True that the Family Mart is just right by the corner, but it's quite a busy location and it's a pain to line up with large luggage in a convenience store... especially when there were no other customers at the hotel front desk! The building itself is slightly dated. Because it's a large hotel with 30 floors, despite there are 6 elevators (not sure if they are all on), the wait to get downstairs can be long if there are a lot of people checking out at the same time. I had to wait 15 min to get to the lobby on a Sunday at 9am, because the elevators are already full when it reaches my floor! The bed is comfortable, but the room quite small and tight for 2 people, and this isn't a business hotel... The shower, toilet and sink are not separate. There is no vent with the washroom so smell lingers. There are 7 laundry machines so it's very convenient to do laundry at this hotel. It's attached to the Sunshine City mall and also easily walkable to other shopping area in Ikebukuro. It's ~10 min walk to both Higashi Ikebukuro Station and Ikebukuro Station. It has an airport limousine bus stop outside the lobby for both Haneda and Narita. For the price point, this stay was overall disappointing. Ikebukuro has many options that are more convenient.

Location is excellent. Direct airport bus to/from Haneda or Narita Airport, and minutes walk from the main shopping/dining area in Ikebukuro. It is about a 10 minute walk from the JR station. Staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. 24hr convenience store and luggage forwarding service in the lobby so also super convenient. There is no microwave, but if you buy something from the convenience store, you can ask them to heat it up for you. Biggest downside are the dated rooms, especially the bathroom. The ventilitation system isn't strong enough so the bathroom becomes extremely hot and humid after a shower which makes it uncomfortable for the next person. There is also a step leading up to the bathroom, so you have to be careful about not tripping especially if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We stayed in a standard twin room and there was only one space near the entrance where I can open a large suitcase fully, but the size was typical for Tokyo.

エレベーターが4機もあるが、高層階のせいか中々来ない。高層階で景色も良いが窓が小さすぎで、結露も凄い。部屋の温度が暑く、窓が少しも開かないのが辛い。 空気清浄機も置いて無いので、部屋の温度調整が厳しい。

Super convenient, Family Mart in Hotel, Sunshine City Mall connected to hotel, walk to train station is about 15 minutes but the walk from the hotel to the train is an easy one. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way. If you go to Japan just for shopping and restaurants, you really never have to leave the area. The only negative is what everyone else mentioned…the air conditioning does not work. There is a low/high knob but nothing happens when you change the setting. There was no airflow.

Great hotel in Tokyo for traveling with family. Connected to sunshine mall with food, shopping and attractions. Rooms were large and spacious. Direct pickup from Airport shuttle to airport. Only wished we could control the A/C temperature.
