No le gustó: Servicio y personal
El servicio en general es promedio, a excepción de la recepcionista del turno de la madrugada, es muy grosera y trata muy mal a los clientes. Incluso en un incidente que hubo en la madrugada al prenderse la alarma del edificio, no supo cómo manejar la situación y estaba enojada con todas las personas que estábamos allí, nada cordial!

Me gusto mi estancia en este hotel, aunque solo fue por una noche, queda muy conveniente por la cercania al aeropuerto, estuvo muy comodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia, limpio y tiene shuttle al aeropuerto cada 30 min.

Good night sleep guaranteed
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was wide and comfortable. Whenever I stay at Best Western hotels, a good night’s sleep is a given.

Reservacion pagada y en el check in me amenazaron con regresarme a la una de la mañana por no tener tarjeta de credito , estuve 10 dias en canada en mucho mejores hoteles que este y no tuve ningun leoblema

Unfortunately we do not accept anyone without a valid Credit card and this is mentioned on EXPEDIA so guests are aware that we even though you prepaid - you still require a credit card to check in. We apologize for the inconvenience you were put through. Other hotels may have a different set of systems which allow persons to check in as is, unfortunately we are not one of them.

Sorry you encountered problems and your stay was not good, Due to Covid we do not enter guest rooms when occupied. Your room was sanitized and cleaned prior to your arrival - I am sorry to learn that it was dirty, a call to the Front Desk would have them change your room immediately. Please accept our apologies for not providing you with a perfect stay.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as I needed an overnight place to stay in between flights. I was looking for something cheap, and this did the trick. You certainly get what you pay for, and there's nothing wrong with that. The hotel was standard for the price - it was clean and had a bed; that's all I needed. The shuttle driver was not overly friendly, the airplanes above were quite loud (a given due to its location but not ideal if you're a light sleeper), and the shower sucked. It was obvious that it was an older hotel that they tried to pretty up in most places, but again, it was clean. There is a restaurant on site (I didn't try it; I got Uber Eats instead), and I noticed that they have self-serve laundry, which could be an added bonus for some. I would recommend it if you're just looking for a quick place to sleep, but nothing other than that, unfortunately.

All staffs are very welcoming and helpful. You can really feel that they are happy working together in fulfilling the best service they can give to their guests. Although one of the elevators wasn’t working that day when I stayed, it wasn’t a bother for me at all. It was only a small and temporary inconvenience which will not defeat the comfort and wonderful service that I got from the airport shuttle driver to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Will definitely come back.
