Great place in downtown.
This is a great place to stay in downtown. The place was neat and tidy with all essentials for a good two week stay. Roman is a great host. He responded to queries and asks in no time. I would definitely recommend to this to anyone wanting to stay in downtown.

Great place to stay, convenient downtown location and ideal for long stays
Eugenia and Roman place was great for us. We were looking for a place to get familiarized with Toronto in our first month coming to the city and this was the ideal place that. The communication was done smoothly through VRBO for any clarification. Check in/out process is very well explained and with no issues. The location was great, close to everything you need: banks, shopping centers, groceries, service ontario, hospitals, subway and street cars. Also bunch of bike sharing options close by. It's a hectic and busy area as you're really close to Dundas square where you see all type of people but you're close to everything. The Condo was clean and very well maintained, you get the feeling you're staying in a local's place, very cozy, with good speed internet, cable and smart tv also provided. Kitchen has all you need to cook at home. It is also quiet enough in spite of downtown noise, and a good view to city south east side, you can see part of the lake. You will also see hospital helicopter going in and out the hospital once in a while; it doesn't have major sound impact in the Condo and honestly we really enjoyed those pilot's skills. They also have parking spot underground which we used during the weekends to get to know some areas outside of GTA. In general very good place, highly recommended; we will definitely consider it for the future. Thanks again!

Well Recommended Place to Stay for travellers and New comers
I have stayed here from February to April of 2020.The place is located in a very convenient location, just beside Eaton Center, St Michael Hospital, St Michael Cathedral and just 2 minutes walk to Queen Subway Station. For a new comer in Canada, this property could be on your top list when checking for a temporary place to stay and understand Toronto area. Eugenia and Roman equipped the unit with mostly everything you would need, from toiletries, linens, detergents, kitchen wares and even a nice set of spices for your dish. Staying here feels like staying in a nice hotel... the only difference is, you are paying half the price of a regular hotel room in downtown Toronto. What more can you ask for? You can have a nice view of the city and Lake Ontario, also, a helicopter landing at St Michael Hospital's Helipad is something you could expect to see. Roman and Eugenia are super hosts and responds quickly. Check in and out is hassle free. I will surely recommend this place and would love to be back. I am sure you would love your stay too.

Great find!
The apartment has all the amenities one could want including a variety of condiments left by other visitors. The location is convenient and within easy access by the subway. There are lots of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. The Jazz place a couple of blocks away offered great entertainment.

Great location, clean property and dog friendly.
The condo is clean and very well stocked up with everything you need from spices, oil, utensils, plates, wine glasses, pots and pans, plates, Brita Filter water jug, ice packs in freezer you can borrow for picnics, condiments in the fridge (disclosure: not really sure how long they have been there though-we didn’t use any), coffee machine, kettle, stove, towels, washer&dryer, detergent etc. All you need is to bring yourselves. If you bring your pet, do bring your own pet cleaning supplies-those they do not provide or any pet-related items; although they are pet friendly. We brought ours. There was also a sofa bed. The view: we could see the hospital helipad and saw the helicopter flew in and out once. It was nice. You could also see Eaton Centre from there. You could see the Lake Ontario partially from afar. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was hassle-free. Especially loved loved that it is pet-friendly. My Aquilo Pillow enjoyed his stay too. Thank you!

Very nice stay, accommodations as described.
This place was great for our trip with two kids, who loved the view of the hospital helicopter pad. The city noise was no issue for our sleeping quality, which was great. Our five-year old slept on the pull out couch with an added piece of foam--he had no complaints. We had to move some glass items to safety in the closet during our stay and brought our own crib and seat for the littler one, but that was no problem! Very conveniently located in Toronto, free parking, and secure building. So nice to be able to clean dishes and clothing during our trip, plus eat in breakfast and a couple other meals. Note - you must follow all steps (don't skip any, even if you are able to get to the second floor) to enter the building the first time.

Dear John, Thank you for your review. Your feedback is very valuable to me however I feel that the service provided to your family does not correspond to the 3 star rating you have given. It is true that everything was done through the VRBO website and we never met in person but please understand that there is a high volume of tenants who rent the apartment and that makes it very hard to meet and greet everyone in person. That's why I sent you detailed check-in instructions and I believe check-in went very smoothly. Furthermore, I satisfied your request for early check-in and granted the access to the apartment at 8:00 am instead of usual check-in time at 4:00 pm with no additional charges. I even offered to pick up your family from the airport since you were arriving early morning and travelling with small kids. We always strive to provide our clients with exceptional service to make the visit to our beautiful city easy and enjoyable. Thank you for your stay, Eugenia

Perfect location
Perfect location for walking to nearby mall, restaurants and sites. About a mile from ferry terminal where you can rent bikes nearby and ride along the harbor on on the island. Distillery District less than a 2 mi ride from harbor. Parking was an added bonus. Apartment was clean and included everything you needed. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

Great Long-term Destination
I stayed at this property for a week in May. The location was perfect. Close to Dundas Square and all transit options. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Beautiful views looking south all the way to the lake. The owner was available for any questions and made for an enjoyable vacation in Toronto. Highly recommended.

In the middle of the city
This condo was in a great location for visiting all that Toronto had to offer. I was there for a conference which was only 15 minutes away. I was able to take in a live show just 5 minutes away. Eaton's Centre is 5 minutes away and there were amazing food choices all around. The condo was as advertized and Eugenia was very responsive when there was a minor problem. The check in process was straight forward as was the check out. I would certainly return to this property.

Outstanding property, great value
Great location, beautiful apartment/condo, incredibly comfortable, clean, and easy in so many ways. We had a bit of a hiccup when I arrived (I think they'd forgotten I was arriving when I did because they couldn't let me in the building at the time and the key wasn't there). But a quick phone call and 30 minutes later it was all resolved. Everything else was really perfect. Eugenia is very friendly and kind. I would definitely love to stay there again. It's a fantastic place in Toronto!

Great Downtown Condo
We recently stayed in this wonderful condo for three nights. It is close to great restaurants, the Eaton Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and within walking distance of Rogers Centre. Check in was easy, parking is included with the condo. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The washer and dryer was really nice to have. This condo would be great for short or long stays.

Great Downtown Location
The condo is in the theater area. It is close to shopping and there are several restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed it. The only issue is the TV. The remote needs to be replaced and a guid the the limited channels. We really enjoyed our stay, the building and to have good parking.

Location near Eaton center. Restaurants. Attraction. Close to the train. It's clean and well equipment the king bed is good. The sofa is terrible for night slèep for 2 teen. It took the host 23 hours to confirm and we didn't meet him. He also didn't answer our mail when we asked some information. Good value for money

Great Downtown Toronto Location
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the condo over a hotel room. The condo is less than a five minute walk from Yonge-Dundas square which means you are close to shopping and (some) dining as well as stop #1 for the hop-on-hop-off bus. We also have a kid in the family who is an early riser so it was nice that there is a Starbucks across the street. The condo building is very well maintained and the condo itself is also roomy (for a downtown condo) and comfortable. We packed an air mattress so that we had enough beds for all 4 of us and, while the living room was tight with both the sofa-bed and air mattress open, it was fine. The air-conditioning worked really well. Unlike a hotel it didn't fluctuate between being a fridge or oven. The kids loved the DVD collection- though nobody could quite figure out if there was really cable TV (there's a cable). We didn't use the washer-dryer but great to have one. This is, however, one of those units that with just a bit more investment could go from good to great. This may be a luxury condo building but you won't feel it is a luxury condo. And it's always the little things that make the difference. Have blackout curtains- we were up early due to light. Just somewhat better towels and sheets. A TV in the bedroom (TVs are not expensive at this point). A better sofa-bed (if our 11 year old complained it's not a good sign) and bed. Even just having the stoppers in the drains - anything that falls into the sinks now is essentially gone down the drain- so you could fill the tub or sink if needed. Finally, the wood flooring in the unit is as squeaky as possible so we had some complaints from family members about be awakened by someone trying to walk to the bathroom or kitchen. Also while the building is well insulated against noise you are in a city. Compared to Times Square in NY (our prior stop) it's incredibly quiet. However, if you are a light sleeper there are a couple things that might make your stay less than ideal. First, the building is across the street from a hospital emergency room so there is fairly regular ambulance traffic. The hospital also has a helipad that is not heavily used but you will notice it when a copter is landing or taking off. There is a concierge but also a sign near her that says VRBO renters are not supposed to use her. She was willing to give basic directions but just a note. But overall a great option for us while in Toronto.

Great location
The location with garage parking of the condo makes it a 4.5 star rating. In addition, the condo was clean. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 Stars is because there were not a lot of cooking supplies (ie. pans, pots, etc). Just be aware of this if you will be cooking. Additionally, the tv worked but patience is required when using the remotes. Overall, it was a great stay in a wonderful location.

Great location but not so amenities
This downtown location worked very well for our three day stay in Toronto. It was close to the Queen Street Trolley and Nathan Philips Square where we watched our daughter dance in the Luminato Festival. A luxury condo this is not. The flooring needs repair, the shelves were dusty and the fridge was not clean. Also, as seniors we need our cable or satellite TV. How disappointing to have neither. There were no indications of how to locate a grocery store so we did not use the kitchen other than the coffee maker. The stale Folgers coffee was barely passable. We made good use of Fran's Restaurant downstairs. Eugenia was not immediately available upon our check in despite my frequent calls on the cell phone. We had a half hour of panic. Also we were asked to wash the linens and towels upon leaving but there was no laundry detergent. I fell overall that we would have been better off staying at the hotel on the same site. I am not generally a negative person and my husband and I have stayed in vrbo locations all over the world. In a classy city like Toronto, we expected our vrbo to be classier than this.

Beautiful condo in a central location.
Traveling on business, and worked out well with full kitchen. Parking space included which was helpful since I drove to the city. TV only gets a few channels, but wasn’t in the room much to watch TV. Owner was very easy to deal with, and accommodating on my arrival arrangements. Will definitely stay here again.

We love the location and lifestyle in this one bedroom highrise condo. 30th floor with South views of Lake Ontario and the city skyline. Have stayed here several times. Our home away from home in Toronto!

This is a well kept unit - great building, never heard any noise from hallways. You are across the street from the children's hospital so you will hear sirens, and my kids actually saw a helicopter on the pad...they thought that was kinda neat to see! Short walk to the subway. Would def stay here again if we come back!

perfect for a weekend (or longer) in Toronto
This was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect - 300 m from the main square downtown, which really contributed to the positive experience my friend and I had in Toronto. We only stayed 2 nights but could have easily stayed longer. The condo comes with a parking space which really took a lot of stress out of our trip. Will definitely book again if I come back to Toronto!

Great place to stay in downtown Toronto
We stayed at this condo for 8 nights and we had a fantastic stay. The condo is well-equipped and the location is very central. Eugenia was great to deal with. I would definitely stay her again and will recommend it to other people I know who are travelling to Toronto.
