Tiene una ubicación buenísima. A una cuadra de yna de las calles mas cool de Totonto Kensigton y China Town que esta llena de restaurantes y tiendas. Fácil de tomar el transporte público o rentar una bici. El único detalle aue hay que tomar en cuenta es que no hay un "lobby" como tal, asi que es importante llamar al establecimiento para decir a que hora llegas para que alguien este ahi, aunque en nuestro caso se nos olvidó u llegó alguien en 30 minutos. Fue bastante rapido. Los cuartos son pequeños, pero muy vomodos, con un refrigerador, y súper limpios.

No guarda equipaje
Todo bien solo no puedes dejar tus maletas en recepción si llegas muy temprano, no tienen guarda equipaje y deberás andar por toda la ciudad hasta la hora del check in con tu equipaje, algo incomodo. Todo lo demás muy bien

Muchas gracias por su colaboración. Nuestra propiedad es de estilo hostal, compacta y no tiene espacio para guardar equipaje. Además, por razones de seguridad no aceptamos equipaje. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was way to cold and I had to wear layers of jackets going to bed

This was a perfect place to stay at while visiting Toronto. The location is absolutely perfect. The public transportation system is extremely convenient. A Tram stop is right in front of this hotel. I told all my family & friends that this was a great place to stay at. I visited during the winter & it was nice to always return to a place that was warm & cozy after a full day of exploring the city. Me & my daughter always felt safe & we plan to book at this hotel when we visit Toronto again.

The AC wasn’t great. There were no cups and no wash clothes. Check in was over the phone due to COVID. There was no human connection. At first they said I did not have a reservation and then they found it.

The room was ok but the frigde was dirty and it was very noisy. We would recommended it for a short stay with a great location but if you are looking for confort it is not the best place!

I enjoyed the self-serve nature of the property and the staff were amicable. It was also it a great location and quiet inside despite being located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Room was just as advertised, it was very clean and pretty new. It was small as we expected. Lack of windows can cause sleeping in, but all was well.

Property was well kept up and location was excellent. Requires glasses in the wash room and more towels. The pillows provided are terrible, too big for comfort. Fitted sheet will not stay in place.
