Muy mala atención
Solo nos hospedamos una noche, era una escala de un día completo. Nos cobraron 15 dólares canadienses por resguardar nuestro equipaje 3 horas. Nos pidieron hacer check out a las 11 am, dejar el equipaje dentro de la habitación y al volver comunicarnos con el teléfono que hay en la entrada. Así lo hicimos, regresamos poco antes de las 3 horas que habíamos pagado de resguardo, nos comunicamos con el teléfono de la entrada y nos contestó un hombre, le dijimos que veníamos solo a recoger nuestro equipaje y empezó a alegar que debíamos pagarle más dinero, yo solo le dije que ya había pagado la noche anterior y que necesitaba el equipaje para irme de ahí, le pedí que fuera a atendernos ahí en la puerta porque empezó a alterarse y a levantar la voz y ya no le estaba entendiendo nada, no fue. Unos minutos después se acercó una señorita que nos abrió la puerta y quitó el candado de la habitación para que pudiéramos sacar nuestro equipaje, yo no sé qué hubiera pasado si ella no se hubiera acercado a abrir. La habitación tenía camas incómodas, la regadera goteaba, la bañera estaba sucia.

No me gustó el lugar. Se oye todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas. El callejón junto al lugar apesta a orines. Muy desagradable.

Buen lugar
El lugar cumple con lo básico, nosotros lo usamos para dormir por qué todos los días estuvimos fuera, cómodo para nuestras necesidades. En otros comentarios y opiniones se quejan de la limpieza sin embargo en mi experiencia es buena. El personal un tanto ruidoso.

Apartment in very poor physical and unsanitary conditions. It is not an option go back to sleep there Difficult to find and bad attention from the owner via telephone.

Estancia básica y agradable
Tiene una muy buena ubicación en el barrio Chino, pequeñas habitaciones pero con lo básico para que puedas descansar. Tiene frigobar y microondas. La verdad es que la pasamos muy bien, a pesar de haber sido una sola noche. En lo particular, si me volvería a quedar tanto por la ubicación como por lo económico

Obtienes lo que pagas (o menos)
De los peores lugares en los que nos hemos hospedado. Para empezar, tienes que quitarte los zapatos y subir a tu habitación descalzo. Si no traes ropa térmica o adecuada es probable que te enfermes por los cambios de temperatura. Las personas que atienden para hacer el check in son muy groseras y nos cobraron 15CAD adicionales sólo por contestar el teléfono. Nos hicieron un cargo doble en la tarjeta y tardaron mucho en enviarnos el comprobante de reembolso. Las camas son muy incómodas y se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, por lo que no tienes privacidad. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Mucho calor en pleno invierno
La calefacción muy fuerte y la cama muy dura. Tocó dormir con la ventana abierta mientras caía nieve.

No vale nada. El peor hotel en el que he estado.
Las fotos no son lo que te dan ni hacen justicia con la suciedad que hay en todas partes, habitación macro emana q casi no cabe la cama. La bolsa de viaje no cabía, ventana superior rota y transparente que deja pasar la luz del pasillo (la única que había en la habitación), baño con moho (no adjuntaré fotos para no herir sensibilidades), mueble con una pica vieja y en un mueble carcomido. . No hay ascensor, es ruidoso, ventilador en la habitación y no aire, No se salva nada. El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Hasta el nombre es engañoso.

I checked in the evening and my room was NOT ready, even though I booked well in advance. They then put me in a different location run by the same people, few blocks away. I was very tired after a long day; the move was most inconvenient. It must be said that one member of staff, the cleaner, was very kind.

staff was friendly but this was a terrible place it was noisy from construction, people were noisy outside the room, room was so hot that i had to keep the window open overnight but had allergies

This was not at all what we expected. It was so tiny like there was only 3 feet wide hallways. There were just plain white doors that we had to decipher which door to go through to try and get to another part of where there might be rooms. It was so unorganized so tight and so frustrating to find our spot. Sink the sink in the bathroom was leaking and it smelled so horrible. Screaming there was a man out in the parking lot which isn’t really a parking lot because you’re not allowed to park in it but there was a man there talking on the phone throughout the night.

When I checked in, the host said the building is under renovations so they moved us to the other building which was 10 minutes walk from the university apartment, the room was very small, I was so disappointed- they should have informed us the unit was not available so I could cancel and get a refund.

I booked for 8 days/nights. 4 days/nights, No Hot water. I showered in a very freezing and frigid water. I asked the worker, she replied maybe tomorrow! And tomorrow never came. 8 days with no cleaning staff. Floor tiles are already cracking. I called a staff and told her about the cracked tiles, because i'm bare footed iny room. In fairness to the staff, she offered me another room, but I declined because i don't want to move around.

This place is the worst ever, the owners walks right into your room and demands you to pay extra for things you didn’t break,she walk into my room and cause the bed was crooked and she said damage $100 like buzz off
