The property was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the building setup was a bit confusing. Some units are owned by the Ritz-Carlton and others are not. This particular unit is not a Ritz-Carlton residence, which means you don’t have access to the amenities typically available at Ritz-Carlton properties. We’ve stayed at other Ritz-Carlton locations and were expecting a similar experience. The listing was somewhat misleading, giving the impression that it was affiliated with the Ritz-Carlton. Hopefully, this will be updated following the feedback we provided. While the building is physically connected to the Ritz-Carlton, it is not located in North Star Village—it’s a short gondola ride away. So while it feels a bit remote, it’s still a quick trip to the main village area. There isn’t really a market nearby, so we used Instacart for groceries and alcohol, which worked well under the circumstances. We had a few hiccups at check-in: the provided key cards didn’t work, and the lockbox code didn’t either. We didn’t receive functioning keys until the next day. Luckily, we were able to figure it out and things went smoothly afterward.Ski-in/ski-out access was convenient, but storing rental gear on the condo side of the building created some logistical issues on the first day. It’s something to plan for ahead of time. The beds weren’t very comforta
