Location , size of house & pool great ! Need new house cleaners.
Location, size & pool great. First arrived at the house, the door just pushed open. My son-in-law searched the house before we all entered. Code box was not working when trying to lock up. Advised property manager & maintenance came out. Battery needed replacement. Would think the cleaning crew would have advised. Bathrooms. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom. We had no issue picking up some. Would think on arrival there would be a least one roll. Luckily, we did have some Kleenex. There was no hand soap in either bathroom & one of dispenser was broke. No towels in bathrooms. Found a few in a closet. Along with a load of towels & sheets were in the dryer that were still damp. Bedrooms: Carpets were dirty with spots. One of the bedrooms only had a duvet cover as the top sheet. Smoke alarms: One in the hallway was missing. Living room was just hanging from the wall. Master bedrooms was not hooked up. Living room couch pillows were stained. The white blinds were dirty & some missing the handle to open & close the blinds. When going to use the grill, propane tank was empty. Had to put cooking on hold to run to pay for a tank exchange. Outside, the only lights above the outdoor furniture worked. Area outside looked like had not be cleaned/swept in weeks. There is a request if possible to start towels when leaving. We were going to but there was no detergent. We have the receipt for the propane tank exchange would be nice to be refunded.
