I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I can guarantee to you that our eggs are not powdered eggs. Our eggs are made with whole eggs and cannot season them due to dietary restrictions of some guests.

Room was great, service very friendly I was astonished at the 75.00 fee for pets!!!! This was not anywhere in description, only said pet friendly. This is excessive!!! I have a very well behaved dog.

I apologize that you were not informed before your stay about our pet fee. We charge the pet fee in order to have the room deep cleaned after departure so not to affect anyone staying in the room for future stays that have allergies, etc. We hope that you enjoyed your stay and that we will see you again.

Bad odor in room so asked for a new room - dirty feet/pet odor. New room was better but not great. It didn't feel clean. Needs updated. Breakfast wasn't great. The clerk at check in was good. Expedia advertised the room as a 5 person room. It was only a 4 person room.

Friendly staff. Broken toilet handle so it was hard to flush toilet. Broken pull on blinds. Broken light switch on lamp beside bed. Room was just ok. Disappointed for this to be a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good.

Nice location
Generally this was a nice property. We found the shower to be a bit dangerous. The floor of the shower was several inches higher that that bathroom floor. I nearly fell stepping out.

Average place
We were on the 3rd floor. Hallway was hot and there was a weird smell in hall and our room. The toilet screamed evertime you flushed. Not sure what that waZ about.. Breakfast was average. Have had better in a hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Won’t stay again.
We stayed here for three nights. Not once did housekeeping stop by our room to ask if we needed anything. The mid shift front desk clerk was absolutely amazing, always saying hello & interacting with us each time we crossed the front desk. HOWEVER beware of the graveyard/early morning shift both women who worked the night shift or early morning were absolutely TERRIBLE some of the rudest people I have come across in a hotel & I’ve stayed at a lot of places. The staff really make a name & an experience when staying somewhere.. I’d never stay again just because of them. One of the women actually told me to go find a housekeeper myself and get new towels for my room rather than going and getting them or calling someone to get them to my room. The room was decent, the beds were okay, but for me customer service is very important and I wouldn’t want to feel like I was trapped in my room simply because of the rude staff.
