El hotel es viejo, no está bien insonorizado (se oye lo que habla la habitación de al lado), no tiene aire acondicionado (nos morimos de calor), la TV es enana. No lo recomiendo.

This is a hotel that keeps the charm of old Turin intact. Rooms are clean and, although my single was little lacking in space, have any comfort. The breakfast, served in an amazing ancient and spacious room, is copious and excellent. But, what makes this hotel special and worth of a stay is not the hotel itself but rather its staff. They are extremely kind and make you feel like having being a guest since forever. I really enjoyed it. Thank you to make my stay so enjoyable!!!

Charmerende historisk hotel
Centralt beliggende, med parkering, venlig stab, spændende historisk sted - og Mozart-historien er jo skøn. Vi havde det fantastisk. Hvis noget skal forbedres er det badeværelset, der var ret slidt. Og brødet til morgenmaden var ret trist.

Hotel more than lived up to expectations. Beautiful decor and well maintained throughout with amazing history. Staff are welcoming and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast with coffee made to order. Centrally situated - walking distance to many local attractions.

Historic and so Romantic in the Torino center
the pleasure of staying in a historic hotel where even Mozart stayed in the historic center of Turin, the staff is very friendly and helpful, old-fashioned service but so pleasant... so if you want to find the atmosphere of the REAL hotel industry rather than the sanitized one of the hotel chains do not miss this hotel

Ottimo 3 stelle
Albergo centralissimo. Pulitissimo. Molto belli e "antichi" gli interni e ben tenuti. Un ottimo 3 stelle da considerare. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Noi occupavamo una tripla comfort ampia, con un bel bagno dotato di doccia. Colazione semplice ma senza nessuna mancanza rilevante, servita in una sala splendida con sottofondo soft di musica classica! Ritornerei senza dubbio alcuno in questa struttura.

Consigliatissimo
La pulizia era ottima, anche se il bagno era un po’ datato avrebbero potuto rimuovere il calcare ingiallito dal tempo e fare manutenzione al wc perché continuava a scendere acqua. Per il resto della camera non si può dire nulla, anzi niente polvere e letto pulitissimo. Piccola osservazione i vetri della finestra non pulitissimi La colazione era accettabile, non mancava niente. Per quanto riguarda il personale davvero molto gentili e premurosi ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta La posizione è strategica, sei in centro e ci arrivi in auto senza problemi, a piedi puoi girare tutta l città senza fare chissà quali scarpinate

Small, crowded, not nice
.The location is good. Besides, I would move to another hotel in the area. The room is small and cramped. The people are not really nice except ANDRE at the reception. The whole area is under renovation. Everything is noisy. It is not indicated on the website that the place is very inaccessible by car and is in the ZTL area

Good morning, there are several road works in our street and in the adjacent ones, they are maintenance road works decided by the Municipality, not by the hotel, but you have well thought of blaming the structure, I am sure that this is due to the fact that there has been no allowed, as required by the health and safety law which is well explained with numerous signs, to remove food from the breakfast room at 2 in the morning when your departure was scheduled. We realize that people's malaise comes out above all from behind a cellphone keyboard, and celaris behind an anonymous review (but to which it goes back anyway!) Manifests the lowest form of cowardice, we still wish you a peaceful journey.

La struttura rispetta il nome ANTICA Dogana, ed ha manteunto un sapore antiquato, talmente tanto da poterci perdere una mattinata a girare i fantastici e interessaneti ambienti dell'hotel. Il personale disponbiile e cordiale, la presenza di tutti gli standard necessari ( antico, non vecchio o inadeguato ) e la posizione centralissima lo fanno un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Torino.

Hyvällä paikalla kiva hotelli
Loistava sijainti keskeisellä paikalla, lähellä paljon kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Kauppahalli ja markkinat myös lähellä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet julkisilla. Aamiainen niukahko mutta hyvät Cappuccinot sai aamulla! Johtunee ankarasta kuivuudesta ja veden rajoittamisesta mutta suihkusta ei tullut vettä kuin 2 min. ja sitten paine lässähti...

Little surprising gem in Turin
I stayed at the Dogana for Eurovision, great price considering that. I was pleasantly very surprised it was a historical hotel, Mozart stayed there. More impressed was how big the room was. Inside was quiet, I was greeted very happily, they even managed remember me many times when I would pass lobby. Lots restaurants, scooters, public transportation in immediate surroundings. I would highly recommend it. Very walkabale to all the sites, and even bus station if you decide walk it.
