この値段のホテルでは珍しくシャワーのお湯が熱く湯量も多い。 受付も親切でパクセ行きのバスターミナルまでのタクシーを頼んだら5分で到着した。

Comfortable Place to Stay
Service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, functional, and comfortable. I was fully satisfied. I especially appreciate the roomy, free parking on-site.

Very Dissapointing
What used to be a great 3 star hotel, has itself go. The bathroom was dirty, no in room hot drinks. No help with luggage. Dining facilities non existant. Make your own coffe in a schoolroom canteen. After staying her for 8 years, we will look elsewhere

Det var rent och snyggt och personalen trevlig. Det jag blev besviken på var att man säger i informationen att man har restaurang med inriktning på Thai-mat och frukost. Inget av detta fanns. Ett mc-bud kom med frukosten till hotellet. Den var också en besvikelse.

Needs some clean up and fixes but helpful staff
The rooms are dusty and the towel has dirt. It seems like the rooms had not been used for a while and were not refreshed prior to our stay. The most disappointing was the water from the shower does not get so hot! It was very cold (up to 16 degrees in the morning and evening) and showering was hard. They eventually transferred us to new rooms which have better shower but the state of the rooms are the same. But the staff at the reception is very helpful - they help us get taxi or heat our leftover when we request.

The property is very centrally located, just a short walk to the City Pillar and central park. My room was very spacious, clean and had a great firm mattress. The bathroom was huge and the shower worked well providing hot water at a good pressure. The hotel does have a restaurant, but I did not eat there in the evenings. For breakfast there are a number of options. The "American Breakfast" was standard. The highlight for me was the friendly owner/manager, who was always there to greet me each morning. Nothing like starting the day in a good frame of mind. He provided generous help and assistance in organising a trip to the national park and other sites near the Laos border. What a star he is! I cannot find fault with this hotel and would definately stay here once more if I ever pass through Ubon again.

We enjoyed. Our brief stay. Ubon was recovering from th Mun River overflow so we were unable to see everything we wanted to. Last time I was here was 50 years ago. Nothing is the same. Idid get a samlor ride which was a reliving of a oldtime memory.

Lovely staff!
I booked this place for my mother who arrived unwell after falling sick on her flight. The staff looked after her so well and made her feel so comfortable after an arduous journey. The place was clean, cosy and close to so many great restaurants and markets.

For the location the price is unbeatable. If all you need is a clean place under a roof with AC to sleep with, and a clean shower room and clean towels and bed sheets, then this is the place for you. Although i broke a glass cup while using the sink due to the lack of room to put the cup around the sink, the cup was quite flimsy. I didn't realized until later than the bathroom wall tiles have some ashes as if the walls have been refurnished recently but missed to have someone to scrub them.

Vrij modern hotel . Kamer met enorme koelkast. Balkon stelt niets voor. Klein en geen stoelen ( 1 krukje op kamer) Je kunt wel leuk op zitje op de galerij zitten. Rustig wijkje. Stad zelf is niets. Wij waren er 1 nacht voor overstap op de internationale bus naar Laos. Die vertrekt 9.30 van busstation. Kaartjes aan loket (oranje uithangbord) vooraf kopen. 8.30 was bij ons vroeg zat... er waren nog plekken over. 200 baht pp. Douche met regendouche. S ochtends gratis koffie en thee. Lieve meisjes aan de receptie. Voor 18 euro prima deal.

Excellent location, close to lots of restaurants. What made this place stand out though is the service. The staff went above and beyond in every way. Making calls for us, booking taxis and other service, etc. My family was well taken care of while staying at T3.

อยู่ในตัวเมืองไปสถานที่อื่นๆ ได้ง่าย เจ้าหน้าที่อัธยาศัยดี ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสถานที่เที่ยวรอบๆ และร้านอาหารที่นิยมได้เป็นอย่างดี ตอนเข้าพักเครื่องปรับอากาศเสียงดัง แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ให้การดูแลที่รวดเร็ว เสนอเปลี่ยนห้องให้และให้ช่างเข้ามาตรวจสอบและแก้ไข ช้าไปนิด แต่ก็ถือว่าบริการดี แต่ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ตอนกลางคืน ได้ยินเสียงจากข้างๆ ห้อง ที่ลากเก้าอี้ ชัดเจนมาก

Mid of the city
Nice very small hotel in mid of the city. We book connection room as last min got the mail It full. So put used in 2 singel room that is less expensive but no refund for divferent watar is very hight presur but no hot watar in the morning . Aircon did cool . Bed is good for 2-3 star hotel.compair to the price can not bid it. Parking is a bit to small so if you come at night no parking at all
