This power cut caused our boilers to fail.We did not notice this immediately on the evening itself unfortunately. As a result, the water slowly cooled down and did not reheat since the boilers were off.In the morning, we received the first reports from guests that there was no hot water, so we immediately turned the boilers back on. We apologise for not noticing earlier that the boilers had turned off.
