El llobby del hotel no guarda relación con las habitaciones del hotel. Mientras que el lobby se ve moderno, las habitaciones son antiguas y pequeñas. Habiamos reservado una habitación con cama queen y nos dieron dos camas singles separadas que ni siquiera tenían cabeceras. Una cama de cabecera tenía la pared con los enchufes e interruptores del luz que cuando ponía la almohada y apoyaba la cabeza se prendia o apagaba la luz y la otra cama tenía como cabecera el radiador de la calefacción y por lo tanto no podía apoyar la almohada para recostarme y justo arriba del radiador estaba la ventana con las cortinas que terminaban justo sobre la cabeza al acostarme y además por mas que las cerrrara me entraba la luz y me daba justo en la cara. El baño era viejo y la puerta estaba en mal estado por la humedad.

Hotel dat geschikt is voor doorreis. Vlakbij het station. Het hotel ligt tegenover het theater en een aantal restaurant.

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme und ist eher romantisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, extra Toilette und extra Bad mit Badewanne, zusätzlich Balkon. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend für einen Städtetrip. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen mit eigenem Parkhaus (was wir leider erst später herausgefunden haben) und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Location, location, location! Direkt an der Altstadt/Fußgängerzone gelegen, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, passendes Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis. Check-in/out war ein bisschen holprig aber das kommt mal vor. Und das kleine Einzelzimmer war genial, super gemütlich, und sehr ruhig.

The hotel was very convenient for trams to Ulm University and to the Airport. The room suited my needs very well. The breakfast was good. It might have been nice if the bar were open at all. But all in all a very nice hotel

Lovely hotel, with spacious and very comfortable rooms, only a bit small bathrooms and carpet to be removed( but I have noticed in other rooms carpet may not occur). Very good quality of beds.Gorgeous breakfast room, staff very kind and helpful. Centre town within 3 minutes walk, elegant restaurants and boutique nearby. Garage available. It has been a very pleasent stay.

Central to Saar Louis
The hotel is on one of the town squares in the middle of the city. Recommend reserving parking, which comprises a couple of spots in the parking lot behind the hotel. Access to the hotel is often only from the back entrance. The staff were exceptionally friendly! The hotel could probably use a renovation. The wall paper in the room was peeling, but otherwise the room hotel was nice. No elevator available.

Bad night in Ulm.
The hotel seems like it was really nice 20 years ago. The carpet in the room was really worn and with permanent damages. The sink in the bathroom cracked (but not leaking), the shower minimal. Overall budget-feeling, with a fitting price. I can take all of that. But, more seriously, the room did not have a black-out curtain, and my window was placed next to a lit corridor of the hotel, making the room bathing in strong light the whole night. The room did not have an AC so the heat was strong and I could not have the window open as there were drunk laughter from the backyard where other guests had a party. It was not nice. Spent half the night awake sweating. Gotta say breakfast was great tho, and the location is a good one.

Das Hotel hat eine ganz wunderbare Lage und das Frühstück ist auch prima, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer 250 war leider mit einem nicht funktionierenden Fernsehanschluss und einer recht unkomfortablen Duschmöglichkeit ausgestattet (Badewanne bei der man den Knopf unten zum Umschalten von Badewasser zu Duschbrause durchgehend festhalten musste). Der sonstige Stil ist veraltet (80er) und im used-look, was mir persönlich aber nichts ausmacht. Aus dem Frühstücksraum waren zudem die direkt erkennbaren Fluchtwege bzw. Möglichkeiten kurz 'frische Luft zu schnappen' (Türe zur Strasse und zur Terasse verschlossen).

Leider bekam ich vorab keine information darüber dass der Fernseher nicht geht. Auf Nachfrage am Abend sagte man mir das sei schon 2 Wochen so . Es wurde nichts angeboten oder eine Entschädigung vereinbart . Ein Gast wollte beim check out das Hotel sogar verklagen .Er bekam sehr unfreundliche Antworten . Kundenfreundlichkeit muss noch gelernt werden . Auch 3 Sterne Hotels müssen guten Service leisten .ich war das 3.Mal im Haus und überlege ob ich wieder Gast sein möchte .

Great location and value. Underground garage (elevator!). Breakfast buffet was fine but former restaurant/cafe/bar not yet operating again (vending machine). Shortcomings: cramped shower; cable TV service not functioning when we were there. General complaint wherever we've been: showers for non-handicapped rooms need hand-holds!
