Unfortunately we did not have a room with 2 Queen beds available but upgraded you to our King Suite with a King bed and a pull out sofa bed and a much larger room. The room 304 that you were in was not in need of repair but we had it out to put install new soap dispensers. I'm sorry that you felt the stay was terrible. We always strive to do our best exceed our guest expectations and I apologize for upsetting you.
