Customer service could use improvement. When we checked in we were put in a room with no electricity that the staff was actively servicing. We were asked to wait with our children in the room while the work was completed. I had to actively advocate for us to be moved to another room and was told I was being impatient (even though it was well after 3pm, our promised checkin time). The mattress in the couch bed was stained so we decided to keep the couch folded, but the couch dipped in the middle, making it uncomfortable to lay on. The heating was also difficult to control, either running too hot or too cold. It was difficult to find a comfortable temp.
