My stay was painless. Easy, free parking. Quick check in and out. Free breakfast. Clean rooms. My only minor complaint would be the lighting by the bathroom sink. Its ambient lighting so its not good for doing makeup. Wish they had an option for brighter lighting in that area. Would stay again.

Great Hotel
The Staybridge in Largo is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen area needed cleaning. Didnt have any soap in the bathroom. Had to make a request 3 times before receiving any. Social hour is a great touch.

It was just an overnight stay on our way home from Florida that was extremely helpful and pleasant the pool was clean and breakfast was phenomenal we will stay here again

Definitely a good value for our money. The staff overall were attentive and courteous. Breakfast options were ample. Housekeeping attended to basic cleanup every day, though it was not covered in the deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone, at this price point.

Breakfast could be a bit longer. 9am is when everyone comes down.. but breakfast is over or there is nothing left at 830. Other than the breakfast nice hotel. Will stay again.. oh and making sure there are towels at the pool...

Nice facility but poorly maintained
Customer service could use improvement. When we checked in we were put in a room with no electricity that the staff was actively servicing. We were asked to wait with our children in the room while the work was completed. I had to actively advocate for us to be moved to another room and was told I was being impatient (even though it was well after 3pm, our promised checkin time). The mattress in the couch bed was stained so we decided to keep the couch folded, but the couch dipped in the middle, making it uncomfortable to lay on. The heating was also difficult to control, either running too hot or too cold. It was difficult to find a comfortable temp.

Thank you for the review. I was here when you came to the desk and told us that the engineer was replacing the light in the room. The engineer did offer for you and your family to stay as the work would only take her a minute to complete. When you came to the desk, you stated the same and but we offered to move you. The move happened immediately, without wait. I do apologize that the sofa mattress in the new room was not comfortable. We did check it and did not see the dip or the stain you mentioned. The thermostats in the rooms operate just like the ones in our homes. You just need to let the system know what temp you prefer it to be and if you need the heat or AC on. We would have been more than happy to explain that if you had mentioned any of this while staying with us. We do hope to see you again.
