Bien, todo bien limpio y organizado, los recepcionistas muy atentos y amables. Lo unico que como es central el ruido de las calles es molesto pero. El ambiente del hotel es lo mejor y duchas calientes , television. Todo lo que necesitaba lo tenian. Muy bueno.

En la reserva se estipula claramente, que el IVA no esta incluido. Solo tienen excepción de pago de IVA (de acuerdo a la normativa vigente de SII) turistas extranjeros pagando en USD. Nos parece injusto el reclamo.

Pas de chauffage dans les aires communes, donc très froid le matin. Propreté des douches moyenne. Peu d'espace dans les salles de douche pour déposer les vêtements, effets personnels, etc.

Bad experience
The hostel is just OK. However, it is located in one of the dirtiest parts of town but what really pissed me was that on the last day of 2018 it was not possible to leave the luggage after the check out although there was plenty of space for it. I would have left it there only a couple of hours. Because of that, I had to go to the beaches of Vina del Mar with my luggage! Service makes a difference and this was a nonsense.

We stayed in a loft room which is a separate block of rooms across the street from reception. The room was exceptional; great size, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The shower had hot water and there was a heater for when the temperature dropped at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and there is a great laundry service availble with a quick turnaround. The location was perfect: a five minute walk to the main square where all of the walking tours seemed to start and a 2 minute walk to the funicular to get up to the viewpoints and nice restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here in one of the loft rooms - they're perfect for couples or if you need a bit of time to relax and fully enjoy Valparaiso.

Forgot my tablet in my room at check out, I came back for it 3 days later no problem, Great Staff. Very interesting design, Great location.

Trendy Hostel i hjertet af Valparaiso
Kimono Verde er et super hostel i hjertet af Valparaiso. Placeringen er upåklagelig, da det er nær meget af det Valparaiso har at byde på. Oven i det er Limon Verde et småt og hyggeligt hostel, der overrasker med en trendy indretning, som man på mange måder ikke forventer. Det eneste jeg kan fremhæve som negativt er renligheden, der ikke imponerede os. Alt andet levede op til eller overgik forventningerne.

Une auberge conviviale et centrale
Une auberge pleine de charme située dans un quartier animé et central de Valparaiso, chambres propres joliment décorées, parties communes agréables et conviviales, personnel arrangeant et souriant. Une très bonne adresse!

Loft room is in separate building from main hostel area. Ok if u wanted some quiet and to be alone, but not if u wanted to be invovled in common areas.

Fun little hostel
The person at the desk when I checked in was amazing. Really friendly, and spent a lot of time showing me the map and suggestions for what to do. Overall the place is great. Not much sound insulation between the rooms and the common area so can be a bit loud at times, but nothing excessive.

Earplugs essential or don't expect a restful sleep
This place is located on a very noisy square where students, hippies and hobos gather at night and sing (badly), play musical instruments (badly) and drink and until about 3am. The noise is absolutely appalling and makes sleep impossible without earplugs. The property itself is very run down and dirty and has a definite feeling of "student house" about it. The bathroom shower is very slippy and dangerous with uncontrollable scalding hot or freezing cold water. The only positive is the kitchen which was surprisingly clean and well stocked with equipment.

Not bad for a hostel
My boyfriend and I rented a private room without a bathroom for four nights. The room and bathroom was clean and included towels, which doesn't always happen with hostels. Given the U.S.$29 a night price, we weren't expecting much, and it was fine for a hostel. The hostel itself was fairly quiet but there was lots of outdoor noise. Access to the kitchen, coffee, and tea was all included in the price. The building was fairly cold, but our stay was in the middle of winter, so it's to be expected. Not bad at all for a hostel.

Fine enough cheap hostel, but we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come allow us to check out. And there was zero security when we left our bags for the day--no ticket, and we picked them up from someone who didn't know us and just let us walk into the bag room.

A great hotel close to lots of bars and restaurants. We didn't hear the noise other people have written about as we were in a room round the side.

Close to a town finicular . Nice cafes up there
Need a good sense of humour to stay here . The steep walk up 2 the hostel a bit tuff 4 an old dude .Fewstreet signs ,wrong directions & the area a bit edgy . Not the hostels fault . I just loved the trapeze -yep- trapeze in the common room & I think the architects in the olden days were on the whacky weed.

nice hostel
I've been there only one night, but i would have liked to stay longer. It's an hotel as we like, as we looking for, with a good atmosphere. The situation is pretty cool also, close to places for hangout and also to visit. I recommand this hostel.

Het is zekker een aan rader als je op door reis bent en mensen om je heen wilt .. licht in het centrum en is veel te zien doen zég ik !!
