Llegada al hotel
Encontrar el hotel fue un poco complicado debería haber un mapa en la aplicación detallando la ubicación y dar opciones de trasporte. Hay una estación de barcos públicos muy cerca y eso facilitaría la llegada para muchos huéspedes . El desayuno espectacular y el hotel y la atención muy buena

Bien ubicado y en zona tranquila, muy tranquila. En desayuno es muy completo. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El tema del covid lo tienen muy controlado. Lo único negativo fue la habitación de al lado de recepción la 1, quizás algo ruidosa por estar tan cerca.

Estupendo hotel, totalmente recomendable
El hotel tiene dos edificios separados (cercanos). Es un antiguo caserón reformado. La habitación (edificio adjunto) era grande, de techos altos, con decoración barroca, baño amplio, silenciosa, con wifi gratis y cómodo de usar, con caja fuerte y pequeño frigorífico. Solo notamos en falta un hervidor de agua en la habitación para hacer un té. Hay que subir escaleras (primer piso, pero alto), pues no hay ascensor. El desayuno es bueno (en una sala algo pequeña). El servicio muy amable y eficiente. La localización es estupenda (muy cerca del Gran Ganal, parada de vaporetto de San Stae), tranquila pero en el centro de Venecia.

Excellent value for money 3 star hotel greatly located in Venice. Staff really lovely, good bathroom amenities and clean facilities. You can't go wrong with that one!

An actual affordable hotel a 15 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, with a surprisingly good breakfast and large, clean rooms. Some very good out of the way restaurants nearby too (baccaretto). Highly recommended.

Great hotel which was only a ten minute walk from Rialto Bridge, (which is the easiest way to get across to St Mark’s Square and other attractions). Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Room was a tad too warm for us, (temperature gauge on the wall didn’t seem to work), but we just opened a window at night which gave us a lovely breeze into the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place and location
This hotel is right in the heart of all Venice has to offer! Very old, but quaint and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for my family. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast very good too! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but unfortunately our flight the day prior was cancelled. The gentleman made sure to make an extra invoice for me to submit to the airlines.

We loved the stay there, the rooms are old style but totally worth it for a 3 star. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and can get a bit monotonous in some days but everything else was great

The hotel was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms were great. Housekeeping and breakfast was really good. Everything is in walking distance.

Great location, friendly staff and fantastic room!
Absolutely love our stay here! The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful! Great breakfast spread and walking distance to everything that was on our bucket list in Venice. Hotel was safe and quiet, would definitely recommend!

Staff and breakfast was excellent, our room on second floor canal side had lovely decor, high ceiling and comfy bed. Solid 4.5! Only problem was Internet connection. Wifi only worked in one corner of our room.

Hotel is unique and historic but maintained well. All staff are excellent! Everybody was helpful and made sure we had the right info to ride the vaporetto/bus out to the airport.

Quel beau séjour! Tout était parfait. La chambre que nous avons partagé à 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant) était d’une grandeur convenable. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très tranquille et est très bien situé. L’arret du bateau taxi est à moins d’une minute de marche. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et le personnel est très sympathique. Si nous retournons à Venise, c’est définitivement là où nous séjournerons à nouveau.

Hotel location is very convenient for water transportation at the San Stae station, pretty easy to get from Venice airport or Venice train station. Hotel property is very clean and room was very charming. Highlight was the breakfast and the very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.

The staff at the property was very friendly. The room was absolutely lovely and the hotel was so easy to get to. It wasn’t in the main section of town but was only about a 10 minute walk past lots of restaurants to the Rialto Market. Breakfast in the courtyard was very special and the food was good.

Excellent Venetian Hotel
The hotel was just right for us. It's Venetian style and vibe were outstanding. The included breakfast was great The hotel's location near the vaporetto stop was so handy and yet it was easy to walk to many of the tourist sites. Our hosts, Walter and Sandro, were so helpful and accomodating.

Wonderful stay in Venice
We enjoyed our stay very much. For a family of 4, our room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was excellent - something for everyone. The location is easy to get to from the train station. It is a short walk to all the sites, but also nice to be in a quieter part of the city. Would recommend!
