Buena atención
Muy buen hotel, la atención del personal fue excelente. Si está retirado, en vaporeto se hacen 30 min aproximadamente a Palacio Ducal y zona más turística, sin embargo la zona donde está ubicado es una zona muy bonita y tranquila. Si volveríamos a ese hotel.

Un hallazgo
Nos encanto el hotel Rigel. El personal es muy amable y servicial, dispuesto a darnos toda la informacion que necesitaramos. Lido es encantadora, distinta y mas tranquila que Venezia pero con buenos restaurantes, tiendas y el servicio de vaporetto que funciona dia y noche. El hotel es un edificio de epoca decorado como tal pero con las comodidades de estos tiempos que queda a pocas cuadras de la estacion del vaporetto. Ofrece un desayuno con muchas opciones para todos los gustos. Nos volveriamos a alojar en Rigel si volvieramos a Venecia

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el Lido, el desayuno muy bueno. El único punto en contra es el estado del colchón, muy viejos e incomodos, necesitan mejorar en eso. El resto del hotel esta bien.

Great base for sightseeing in Venice and combining beach holiday on the Lido. Great value. Also the night receptionist on check out on the morning of Sunday 14th April was extremely helpful and obliging. Only sorry we didnt have any cssh to tip him only card! The decor is a bit clasic for some but has character. Would stay again.

I liked everything but the hotel is fairly dated and could use some upgrading. The friendly staff made up for it however. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary except the coffee which was poor. quality.

The hotel is an updated Venetian small hotel. It is decorated with much attention to detail and is quite an experience for a North American traveller. Very well located. And staff were courteous and helpful, other than restaurant staff, who I found unpleasant.

Beautiful hotel. Lido is an excellent choice to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money staying in Venezia. I'll come back for sure.

Ik was er nu voor de derde keer en het hotel bevalt me goed. Het enige wat me opvalt is de krappe plek voor het ontbijtbuffet. Als het druk is staan mensen te dicht op elkaar dingen te pakken of op te scheppen. Dat vind ik niet prettig en soms ook niet hygiënisch. In een enquête van het hotel zelf heb ik al een keer een en ander opgemerkt. De minibroodjes, ook al smaken ze goed en zijn ze er zowel in wit als in volkoren met pitten en zaden, zouden van mij wel wat groter mogen zijn.

I stayed at the hotel Rigel for a total of 3 nights. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for as I was out and about touring and site seeing during the day. The room was alway clean I felt safe. Breakfast was between 7:30am-10am and had a good continental style selection. Certainly enough to get you started for the day. Very easy to walk to from the main water bus station and restaurants. Decor is dated and could do with updating but honestly, other then that can’t really fault the service provided.

Superb..again.
The staff are all friendly and helpful, everything you want from a hotel is done to a good standard. No complaints. Location is perfect, around the corner from the Main Street yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is nice and everything is clean and tidy. Every hotel has a snagging list, you always see the odd bit of damage or wear and tear but cleanliness is more important to me than a scuffed architrave. Check in time was 2pm so an hour earlier than advertised which is good. This is my 2nd stay here and I would return again.

Hotelli oli melko vanhahtava, mutta kuitenkin tavallaan ihan mukava. Paikassa oli menneen maailman tuntua: lankapuhelimet seinillä, internet-koppi aulassa, vanhoja huonekaluja ja Muranon lasista tehtyjä koristeita ja lamppuja. Pintaremonttia paikka kuitenkin jo kovasti kaipaisi. Aamiainen oli runsas ja ravintola tunnelmallinen. Hotelli sijainti hyvällä paikalla lähellä Lidon satamaa ja uimarantaa. Katu oli ihanan vehreä ja puutarhamainen, ja myös rauhallinen. Sängyt olivat aika kovia, mutta niin on monessa muussakin italialaisessa hotellissa.

The best place to stay while visiting Venice
Hotel Rigel on the LIDO island is the absolute best place to stay while visiting Venice. The island is quant and delightful and has a full sandy beach for swimming. It is an easy water taxi to the main island. Hotel Rigel is only a few minutes walk from the water taxi and their lobby, the outdoor gardens, and the morning breakfast are such fabulous. Breakfast was amazing each morning and the service on point.

Winzige Zimmer die sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Matratze komplett durchgelegen und Bad auch sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise Schimmel im Bad. Sehr hellhörig. Frühstück war ganz gut und Personal sehr freundlich. Lage für Lido auch sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel aber leider nicht weiterempfehlen für den Preis.

Dear Customer,it does not seem right to us to issue a review for a stay that never took place and precisely because of a cancellation on your part.At the time of booking, you chose to make a non-refundable booking and therefore were aware that in case of cancellation you would not get a refund.This seems to me to be a pure act of revenge and this is not correct.
