El apartamento está en la planta baja en Campo San Mauricio, en una zona prestigiosa y céntrica de la ciudad, a poca distancia de la plaza de San Marcos y el puente de la Academia, muy bonito y zona interesante para ir de tiendas, cafés y galerías 'arte
El apartamento es amplio, bien estructurado, para dos parejas o una familia de cuatro personas en busca de una solución de fiesta cómodo y tranquilo.
L 'apartamento está decorado con estilo y amor por las cosas viejas, se compone de un dormitorio doble con cuarto de baño con ducha, sala de estar, con una mesa para cuatro personas y un sofá cama, cama individual o doble, televisión y un' que dan a un patio encantador rodeado de plantas, con una mesa para seis personas y una mesa para dos, donde podrá relajarse leyendo o tener el almuerzo o un aperitivo en absoluta tranquilidad.
La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar.
Hay una zona de lavandería donde la lavadora. Dos baños con ducha, lavabo, bidet e inodoro.
La zona es muy céntrica, a pocos minutos a pie del Puente de la Academia ya 5 minutos de la Piazza San Marco. Se trata de una zona residencial, sino también comerciales, muchas tiendas, bares, restaurantes y restaurantes típicos venecianos. Excellent apartment for two people

This apartment is just perfect for two people. Having two bathrooms is really helpful and the garden area was a favorite. Elisabetta was a wonderful host and helped us so much during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in her place.

Spacious and wonderfully cozy apartment within easy walking distances of main attractions areas like san marco. Importantly resides within easy landmarks making navigation a bit easier as well, but aometimes can be busy at night if you are a early bedtime individual. Elisabetta was quick and easy to communovate with. She was a wealth if information and naswered all questions including questions about best ways to get around thenl city and which taxi boat dropoff/pickups to choose. Honestly, she was one of the best host we have had on our trip in Europe, whoch makes a big difference. Would recommend.

Perfect for short holiday in Venice!

Communication with our host, Elizabetta, was awesome from the time of booking through the end of our stay! We had never been to Venice before, and she was super helpful in getting our water taxi reservations, and explaining the process. We had unforseen delays getting to the city, and Elizabetta remained 'on call' to ensure our arrival went smoothly. The apartment was small, but quaint. It was perfect for our short atay. The location was amazing. It was a short walk to St Mark's square, and there was shopping, bars, and restaurants very nearby. We lo ed our time in Venice, and we truly appreciated all the help feom Elizabetta!

Our stay in Venice

Though our time in Venice was too short, we really enjoyed our visit. We are grateful to our gracious host, Elisabetta, for her beautiful accommodations which were perfectly suited for my family and were centrally located to all the attractions which were so easily accessible by walking or by taking the nearby waterbus. Awesome Property with Excellent Location!

Top notch host and great property

The property is as advertised and very clean. The garden is a joy after sightseeing and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The host is a marvel. She provided information on where to eat and get groceries and in our case arranged a water taxi to take us to the airport. She usually responds within minutes of making a request.

Amazing stay with an amazing host!

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Venice. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot around the corner, less than a 30 second walk. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. The host, Elisabetta, was amazing. She allowed us to check in late after our train was delayed, and offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY! Thank you, Elisabetta, for everything! Truly a seamless and worry free experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful stay and fantastic property manager

My husband and I had a great stay at this Venice apartment. We enjoyed the location since close to tons of restaurants and major tourist sites. The property manager Elisabetta was great! She helped with restaurant information and went out of her way to help us with my many inquiries. The outdoor space was super charming but bring bug spray for the mosquitoes.

Great stay in San Marco

Located in an old building in San Marco very near a vaporetto stop, the apartment is small but clean and comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and include all the necessary equipment. The courtyard is a nice spot for morning coffee while planning the day. There’s even a bug-zapper wand for the ever-present mosquitos. (Why are window screens so uncommon in Venice??) Great proximity to St Mark’s square, as well as the Accademia area. Easy access to shops and restaurants and gelaterias. Communication was great from start to finish, questions were answered promptly by text or through the website. The host met us at the vaporetto and walked us to the apartment. We were able to check in early and avoid the need to store bags after arriving in the city. Highly recommended!

Great Venice Location

Our stay at Elisabetta’s flat was wonderful. It is well appointed with a lovely patio that was calm and peaceful on a summer evening. Elisabetta is an extremely attentive host who met us at the vaporetto station, walked us to the flat and showed us what we needed to know. But the best part was the location— close to both San Marco and Rialto but removed from the craziness of high tourist season. A lovely little neighborhood with cafe’s and restaurants. Would enthusiastically stay there again.

Beautiful gem of an apartment!

What a beautiful apartment decorated in historic Venetian style. We were so comfortable staying there and expezially loved the private courtyard. It was a short walk to San Marco square and the vaporetta stops. Super well equipped kitchen. We honestly could not have been more comfortable. But as important of the quality of the rental is, it’s often the host that really makes the experience wonderful. Elisabetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the property as well as get back to the airport. She couldn’t have made it easier for us. Her communication is excellent. We hope to stay there again.

We had a great stay in Venice

The apartment is very well described by the host, and by the pictures posted. It has a great location, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is only one A/C unit but it was quiet and it did a good job keeping the sweltering July heat outside. The water pressure was excellent and the Internet speed was very adequate for sending vacation pictures to family and friends. To no fault of the host or of the apartment itself, being on the ground floor in Venice can sometimes mean that mornings might be a bit noisy as people walk by. It was not a big deal, we were up early anyway. The best feature of the unit was the private patio area, where we had our coffee every morning and started the day of exploring the beautiful city of Venice. The host waited for us at the vaporetto, led the way to the apartment and gave us suggestions on food. She was also very responsive when we asked questions. All in all, we had a great stay.

Fantastic stay!

Our first time in Venice and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of room for us. Elisabetta, our host, was amazing! She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure our stay was fabulous. She arranged transportation to and from the train station, gave us wonderful recommendations and responded very quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!
