Comfortable stay in Vic West
We had a great stay at Rayyann's place. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Check in was a breeze. Having in-suite laundry was excellent! There was some noise transferred from the people living upstairs, but this was mentioned in the property description so we knew to expect that. Overall a great place to stay!

Island Vacation
We had a great time in Victoria. The apartment is a nice size with everything you need. Rayyann is a great host! Awesome location!! Ample parking if you rent a car.

All our needs were met.
Rayyan's suite had everything that we needed. The location had a very good access to Downtown Victoria - my husband and I run to downtown and it probably took about only 15 mins. Drug stores, restaurants, supermarkets, banks are within walking distance. A lovely walking path along the beautiful seashore which leads into downtown was only 2 minutes on foot. In the evening, a small group of young deer comes to the street in front of the property for plums fell down from plum trees - they were very cute and lovely. All kitchen utensils & products, general detergents, toiletries, laundry soap, plenty of clean linens were provided we did not have to buy anything except for foods. The street was very quiet and yet, not too far from downtown. The owner responded fairly quickly and was helpful when I needed some information. We really enjoyed the stay! Miwako

Great and easily accessible to all amenities.
This was a great place to stay while visiting Victoria. Within walking distance to stores and a five minute walk to the water. Bus stops were very close and accommodation was an easy walk to down town. Rayyann provided a clean, neat suite with all the amenities one could ask for. We enjoyed it immensely.

Good location, roomy and clean but uncomfortable bed.
This suite was in the best location for us in terms of distance to visit our family. It was also well kept and had a lot of nice touches like good bedding, roomy kitchen that had everything required to make a meal, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for all needs, including laundry. However the queen bed was a mattress on a slated frame and I awoke with a sore back. My husband was fine so I tried the pullout couch for a few nights and it was marginally better. Disappointing as would likely stay here again if the beds were better.

Attractive suite - good location
A clean and pleasant suite close to the Songhees walkway, West Vic marina and city buses. We appreciated the wifi, laundry facilities, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances - all in good working order. We did need a few more utensils, pots, etc. for cooking (we eat in more than we eat out) but these were quickly provided when we inquired. Adding a laundry basket and grocery cart would really help long term guests who don't have a car. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and very comfortable in a great location.
This was a great home away from home in every way! It was also only a couple of blocks away from the ocean and beautiful boardwalk overlooking the Victoria outer harbour.

Home Away From Home
This one bedroom suite was a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a very convenient location close to downtown (10 minutes by bus) but on a quiet street. The apartment felt welcoming after a day of sightseeing and I very much enjoyed the coastal theme of the numerous wall hangings. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The rooms were modern and there was a washer and dryer exclusively for the apartment. I was happy being in the residential neighbourhood of Esquimault. Within 5 minutes I was able to walk by the water in either direction including a 30 minute walk to the Johnson Street bridge to downtown. The location was great but I also felt at home in the area thanks to friendly, helpful Victorians. I would recommend this accommodation to friends.

Bright and Tastfully Decorated Suite
Rayyann is a very accommodating host who is quick to address her guest's concerns. The suite looks newly renovated with laminate floors throughout and tasteful artwork on the walls. The suite is in a central location only 15 minutes to the hospital where we had appointments each day. There was a problem with the internet while we were here, but I'm sure that will be fixed before the next guests arrive. We'd be happy to return on another visit to Victoria.

Bright, clean, quiet, comfortable, and well located
We really enjoyed our time here. One highlight is its proximity to the West Bay walkway. Within 3 minutes you can join a well developed walking trail along the shore with wonderful views. It takes you to a marina which is a pickup point for the water taxi if you want to go to Victoria's inner harbour with all its activity, A shopping area was a few blocks away. Even with windows open and the owners living upstairs, this was a quiet and comfortable place to stay. We had everything we needed.
