One night stay
Although this can be a great property, it's just not to that level yet. The newly painted walls and new flooring were very nice. The house is tastefully decorated and the bedrooms and bathrooms were overall clean. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out, and the big screen TVs are nice. For the price we paid, we could have had three bedrooms at the Hampton Inn, and I wouldn't have had to listen to my family gripe about the improvements that need to be made. Recommendations for improvement:1. Use mattress and pillow protectors on all the beds. New mattresses really are needed.2. Improve the outside first impression by repairing or removing the gates, pressure washing the garage area, cleaning up the mop and empty flower pots.3. Run the water from all the faucets to clear the red/brown water. My kids were afraid to brush their teeth or take a shower. 4. Add a bed so that the house actually sleeps 10.5. Clean the showers of hair on the drain.6. Clean the vents and AC filter. 7. Empty the freezer and refrigerator of food and alcohol.8. Cover the outlet in the upper bedroom that has exposed wires. 9. Fix the leak in the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. It runs every few minutes. 10. Set up the key location so that no one has to walk through the grass.11. Repair the balcony from rusty and rotten boards. 12. Wash the doors that are covered with black fingerprints.
