Me pareció súper bonito el hotel. Desde que llegamos fueron muy amables! El cuarto del hotel increíble! Realmente disfrutamos mucho su estancia. Podrían tener más opciones para el desayuno, y no tenían registrado que teníamos desayuno incluido entonces tenían que estar verificando cada día

My only complaints would be that the breakfast choices, if not spending $35 per person, were very limited. And the toilet paper is like sand paper lol. Otherwise this is a lovely and helpful hotel. Easy walking to Belvedere Gardens and downtown but out of the hustle of large crowds.

Excellent room and facilities overall at this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access to transportation especially with the nearby train station (coming from nearby city service or airport train). Gym facility is world class - covers most of one floor of the hotel.

Excellent and welcoming staff. Rooms are big and very clean. Location is perfect (across from Wien HBF). Rooftop bar is fabulous. Lots of dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and we thank the staff for maintaining a fabulous facility.

The rooms where very very clean. The location is also amazing, there is a supermarket nearby and a train station with almost all your needs. It is very quiet and there is literally nothing to complain about. The gym is also so much better than I expected.

Modern hotel
Very modern hotel. Close to belvedere palace and vienna railway station. Rooms are comfortable and staff are very friendly. During my stay the sauna & steam were under maintenance without intimation, its winter and sauna & steam helps. Gym is very good.

Internet speed was very low. I asked the receptionist, and they said it was happening since the hotel was full, which is definitely not a good excuse. One of the waiters in the restaurant (older and acting like the manager there) was very rude and not welcoming.
