La propiedad está bonita y los cuartos muy amplios. Pero la seguridad es pésima, se metió una persona en la madrugada cuando estábamos dormidos a intentar robar. Mi esposa escuchó cómo abrió la puerta despacio para no hacer ruido pero el reflejo de la luz del pasillo lo traicionó. Me despertó asustada diciéndome que había una persona en el cuarto y yo me levante inmediato y la persona cerró y salió corriendo. Marqué a recepción para decirles el incidente y que checaran las cámaras porque me decían que no era posible entrar sin tarjeta, y le dije que la persona tenía tarjeta. Al final me dijeron que el hotel no cuenta con cámaras y nos trataron de locos. Así que si se hospedan ahí, mucho cuidado.

El personal fue muy amable, los alrededores seguros. Queda muy cerca a pie de Belvedere, y tomando el 71 se llega al centro de Viena en menos de 10 minutos, y pasa cada 15 minutos.

El check in complicado. Confundieron la reserva, me indicaron que debía pagar, cuando ya todo había sido pagado previamente. Cuando todo se aclaró, les tomó como 10 minutos procesar finalmente el ingreso. Luego algunos problemas con las llaves que se desactivaban durante la estadía y había que ir a la recepción a reiniciarlas. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Hotel Viejo y sucio.
Hotel que se suponía bueno y está en deplorables condiciones de mantenimiento … no pierdan su tiempo y dinero en el.. El sistema de luces no servia y para apagar el cuarto, había que apagar el master switch y no Serbia ni los cargadores de celulares ni las luces de noche? Por qué falla eléctrica que arreglaron hasta la ultima noche y en la noche, que apareció el técnico, cuando se reportó desde la llagada

Big family suite with living room, 1 room and a giant bathroom with shower and bathtub. Excellent breakfast. Good location within walking distance to Belvedere and to train and tram stations. Very recommendable

EL hotel impecable! las habitaciones bastantes amplias, y la cama a mi punto de vista muy comoda, en mi caso la habitación tenia bañera, ducha y dos aseos, que es perfecto ya que viajamos chicas. En la recepción hay personal que habla Español y en caso de no aclararse con el idioma, usan el traductor!! muy amables y simpáticos todos.

Excelente, muy cerca de parada del hop on hop off, La habitación excelente comodo y amplia y el desayuno excelente, también tienen un servicio de Internet portable que puedes llevar en caso de no tener intenert en tu celular y puedes conectarte desde cualquier parte en el exterior como si estuvieras en casa, solo asegúrate de tener pilas portable para darle carga pasado el medio día.

Hotel muy recomendable. Cerca del palacio del Belvedere, con parada de tren, metro y tranvía al lado. Instalaciones muy buenas (incluido el gimnasio) y habitacionaes amplias y cómodas. No probamos el desayuno, pero parecía tener muy buena pinta

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location (near Belvedere and trams 0 and 71) is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The restaurant was good, offering an enormous Vienna Schnitzel. We suggested they make it a little smaller with more vegetables!
