Muy buen hotel
La estancia estuvo excelente, todos en el hotel muy amables y atentos, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca del metro, de la opera y de una de las paradas de los camiones turísticos, lo cual fue de gran ayuda porque cuando llegamos llovia.

Kleines Hotel in Top-Lage
Kleines, stilvolles altes Hotel in Top-Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Wer 3,50 Meter hohe Zimmerdecken und alte Messingbeschläge mag und dafür kleine Ausstattungskompromisse wegen echtem Altbau in Kauf nimmt, wird sich hier so wohlfühlen wie wir. Supernettes Personal.

Die alage des Hotels ist 1A. Leider keine Klimaanlage und bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es viel zu laut! Das Badezimmer ist mehr als klein und renovierungsbedürftig.

Das Hotel liegt zentral daher kann man zu Fuß sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Der Nachteil liegt bei der Nähe zur Innenstadt früh morgens ist Anlieferverkehr und das ist laut.

This hotel is a 1930’s experience at best. There’s barely any space to move around in the room. There’s no air-conditioning. And the noise from the street goes on incessantly. I couldn’t get any sleep because I had to have the windows open because it is so stuffy especially when it’s really hot outside Because it’s located in the main thorough fare of Vienna there’s so much traffic late into the night of people and then in the early morning with vans delivering and garbage collection

Perfekt centrumläge
Ett gammalt fint hotell som ligger perfekt placerat för centrum och transporter. Bra restauranger och barer nära. En bra italiensk glassbar vägg i vägg. Det enda vi saknade var AC. Vi fick sova med fönstren öppna, vilket innebar att sömnen stördes.

Great location...bit dated room. Bed very low to floor, but bigger room than most European places. Very nice staff though and close to many sites for tourists. No coffee/tea maker in room, but good wifi.

Friendly staff, perfect location and comfortable
Very charming old style hote. The building is from 1896 and was lovingly restored. Cozy room although miniscule. Very good breakfast. The staff is cheerful and very helpful. Very silent rooms. They really make you feel at home. Perfect location with all central attractions {Innerring} close and good shopping and eating options.

Pros: great location, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Cons: shabby room and furniture, small bathroom, outdated 19" TV that did not work because no batteries in the remote (staff was not able to provide them on request). No kettle or coffee maker. Noisy trucks delivering goods to the restaurants early in the morning (a pedestrian-only street).

De locatie, netheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel was positief. Het hotel ligt tegen de winkelstraat van Wenen aan. Ook het OV is goed bereikbaar. Jammer genoeg zijn de kamers aan een fikse opknapbeurt toe. Als je langer bent dan 165 cm is het behoorlijk behelpen in de te kleine badkamer. En het zeer zachte bed is ook alleen geschikt als je niet langer bent dan 180 cm. Ben je langer, zoals ik, dan steken de voeten uit.

Hyggeligt lille hotel med unik beliggenhed.
Hotellet er fra før verden gik af lave og badeværelser blev et krav. Badet er derfor “eftermonteret” - nydeligt, rent og velfungerende, men meget småt. Størrelse XXL ville have svært ved at komme ind. Det er vi ikke, så vi kunne bestemt finde på at komme igen.

Pontos forte: Localização e destaco o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Pontos fracos: Quarto pequeno, banheiro mínimo (só cabe uma pessoa dentro), necessitando de reforma geral, além disso o preço é incompatível com este baixo conforto. Estive na mesma viagem num hotel próximo, com valor médio de diária menor, com um quarto que era o dobro do tamanho, o banheiro era o triplo do tamanho. Foi a primeira vez que me pareceu que as avaliações do expedia não correspondiam a realidade.

un hotel comme on n'en fait plus
Superbement situé, à taille familiale avec un personnel très attentionné, une ambiance et déco fin XIX eme agréable pour ceux qui la recherchent, mais un "rafraîchissement" serait cependant nécessaire; la literie est plutôt "mollassonne", et surtout le tac-tac-tac des tuyaux de chauffage associé aux fétards du night club d'en face vous feront apprécier des nuits en "morse" : par bribes.. et çà c'est dommage.

This hotel has a perfect location in the center of Vienna. It is a smaller hotel with nice charm and a helpful staff. A nice breakfast is included. The only shortcomings are the boiled eggs were always hard boiled and served hot. I would have preferred soft boiled eggs. The bathrooms are small so if you are overweight it could be difficult to navigate. If iou are travelling in the summer note that this hotel is not air conditioned. I believe they have fans. Not an issue otherwise. I would definitely stay there again (except maybe not in July or August). Great staff.

Citybreak for only 2 without kids
Butik hotel in the old apartament house very nice and clean. The palace-style beautiful furnitures, breakfast service, elevator and overall ambience makes you going back in the past times. Great service, very friendly and nice personel. Not comfortable as too soft bed, micro bathroom and the noise from the night club close by were the only „minuses” we experienced. But overall it was wonderfull stary and great choice!!!
