Basic hotel
The room was standard and small. It was more or less clean but there were ants all over the room, specially on the table. Wifi was working perfectly and bed was comfortable.

La ubicacion porque esta al lado de una parada de tram que te conecta al centro, las habitaciones son grandes y comodas para el precio, el trato es gentil.

The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna.

Strutture utilissima ed economicamente conveniente nel momento in cui si gira tutto il giorno e la si utilizza solo per dormire. Nelle vicinanze c'è il centro facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi o con piacevole camminata.

Staff were wonderful. Beds and pillows were terrible. Rooms were rundown but functional. Location was a 20 minute walk to Christmas Markets

This is a budget-friendly, no-frills, classic Vienna pension. Was perfect for our quick overnight visit with its location and friendly staff. Only complaint is the sofa bed may be ok for kids but not comfortable for adults.

It was awful
The room smelled so bad and there was hair on the pillow cases. The room was dark and the walls were so thin. I literally felt that I'm living with the people next room. I could even hear them snoring during the night. The location is good. But in general, I do not recommend it at all.

The room was not ready, it did not have bed sheets, we were 3 guest and two babies and there were only two pillows without the pillowcases. Only one towel. The person at the reception does not know about customer service, he did not care about anything.

Die Bilder die online sind und was man tatsächlich bekommt, sind Welten dazwischen. Komplett abgewohnt, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles alt. Kaputter Boden etc. Eine Nacht und nie wieder.

Cheap and that's about it
The hotels.com advert said buffet breakfast included but there was no breakfast on offer at all so we had to go to a Café and pay for it. The booking website also said parking possible but the chap on reception knew nothing about it

Where do we even start? First of all- the bathroom reeked of urine. Stale, old urine which makes you question the cleanliness immediately. The room was freezing but has a radiator. The radiator works but knocks and rattles every 5 seconds so you either have to be ok with the noise while sleeping or turn it off like we did and freeze. This was mentioned to the front desk but with no resolution. Not even an offer of extra blankets. Oh and the staff on reception aren’t the most welcoming either. The young women that saw us to the room could do with some lessons in customer service. A smile doesn’t hurt. If you can get past the smell, the cold or the radiator problems you should probably know that this hotel is above a nightclub. Thankfully the loud music, heavy bass and shouting patrons tune out the noise of the radiator if you put it on. To add to all of this the walls are paper thin. We heard our neighbours every movement from them rolling around in bed to their bathroom trips. If we heard them, they heard us. All in all, a very sleepless, cold and uncomfortable stay. Do not recommend.
