No es posible que sea un hotel ritz
Cuando me entregaron la habitación había una persona reparando el baño, tuve que decirle yo a la persona que nos estaba guiando que no me podía quedar en una habitación sucia y me cambiaron.
En la nueva habitación las persianas no servían, lo reporte y cuando llegue por noche había una botella de brut y un pastel como disculpa y el ofrecimiento de cambiarme a una suite.
Me estancia era solo por dos noches y no valía la pena cambiar todo mi equipaje por una noche.
Lo inconcebible es que tengan en ese estado de descuido absoluto todo el hotel.
Elegí un Ritz por que pensé que era una garantía, aunque estuviera mucho más caro que muchos y me quería dar ese gusto.
La decepción fue peor.

Estupendo hotel...
Simplemente excelente, recién abierto y renovado, magníficamente ubicado, el personal se esmeró de sobremanera por cumplir con nuestras necesidades. Espero que con el tiempo, como a veces es el caso, no disminuya la calidad de este hotel en todos sus aspectos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo inclusive en precio, realmente vale la pena.

A Disappointing Dip from Luxury Expectations
My experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, was disappointing, highlighting several areas where the hotel falls short of luxury standards.
Issues:
Comfort: Missing floor heating in the bathroom was a notable discomfort.
Noise: Inadequate soundproofing led to disturbances from adjoining rooms.
Cosmetic Product Quality: The provided cosmetic products were of poor quality.
Lavatory Issues: The absence of hot water in the lavatory made it impossible to shave comfortably, a significant inconvenience.
Overall: The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, lacks in crucial luxury elements, from room amenities to basic utilities, overshadowing its prestigious name

When I checked in, I was not notified that breakfast came with the room
I made a spa reservation for a service weeks in advance and found out as I was checked in to the spa that I could not get the facial, the appropriate staff was not there. The manager was extremely apologetic and certainly made up for it. This is not something I would expect from the Ritz Carlton. The private tub was not working. I had dinner at the bar and asked for certain things with my burger and the waiter forgot everything I asked for. The TV was unplugged.
I have stayed at several Ritz Carlton properties all over the world and this was by far the worst one.

High end room, immaculate and had every little thing necessary. Staff had left a bottle of bubbles because it was my birthday, very helpful generally. I will return to Vienna because it was fantastic and I will very likely choose the Ritz Carlton again 👍
