Apartamento en zona residencial y bien comunicada
El apartamento estaba muy bien, en una zona residencial con algunos restaurantes y varias tiendas en los alrededores. Podía haber estado un poco más limpio. El último día me podía quedar más tiempo en el hotel debido al horario de mi vuelo sin coste adicional. Lo recomendaría.

Conforto e conveniência
O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, a cinco minutos a pé de uma estação de metrô que leva facilmente aos pontos turísticos. Tem mercado ao lado do metrô e outro a uma estação de metrô de distancia que abre ate no ano novo. Os quartos são muito amplos e confortáveis. O pessoal da recepção é um doce, extremamente prestativos e gentis. Tive um problema com o fogão que foi resolvido com presteza e boa vontade. Sem reclamações.

Dommage....
Bel appartement,mais aucun entretien dans le temps, ni contrôle du ménage: surmatelas senti le vomi dans une chambre et dans l'autre des traces d'urine sur le surmatelas. Chaises de cuisine tachées,( idem pour certains double rideaux). Très peu de vaisselle: 2 petites cuillères par exemple pour 4 malgré plusieurs demandes nous en avons acheté. Lave vaisselle en panne à l'arrivée. Autre souci, le descriptif annonçait 2 salles de bain, 1 seule en fait.

Alles bestens! Schönes Ambiente und für unsere Zwecke genau das richtige... Die Messe und der Prater in absoluter gehreichweite, was will man da mehr? Sollten wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

What a beautiful space. Mr. Martin Worked hard to make sure we felt welcome. However, after check in we went out to dinner and then it took almost an hour to get our finicky room lock to open. The next day they upgraded our room which more than made up for the inconvenience.

Nice place
Beautiful suite. High ceilings made it feel even more spacious. Location near Vorgartenstrasse U-bahn stop was great. My shower did not keep the water from leaking onto the bathroom floor, which became a nuisance. I was also expecting more of a kitchenette but got only a refrigerator and Nespresso machine, so be attentive to which suite you choose (apparently some of their suites have stovetops, etc).

Beautiful (huge) rooms in a beautiful building
Hotel staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms are huge, especially for European standards! We had a mini kitchen and even a laundry machine in our suite! There were three of us and the room was prepared with the most comfortable hotel cot I've been on (in addition to the King bed) on our arrival. I was in town for a conference at the Austria Centre, so it was a good location for this. Otherwise, the district feels a bit sketchy when off any of the main roads. You are close to the river and a stop for the hop on hop off bus tours, which is convenient if you plan to do a bus tour (and transport around the city this way!) Also very close to a metro station, though I didn't use it. The best part is the owner's beautiful dog who you may get to meet at check in.

The property was clean and tidy. It was a large apartment and was well placed for visiting an event at the Messe.

Alles Top.Empfehlenswert
Das Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen. Obwohl an der Straße gelegen, war es ruhig. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Schade finde ich, wenn Hotels kein Frühstück anbieten, aber dies weiß man ja im voraus.

Summer break
Old remodeled villa, large rooms, friendly service. Penthouse rooms are under the roof with lower ceilings and rooftop windows, ie no view and hot during summer (air conditioning takes a while to cool the room). Breakfast not provided and nearby offer limited. Few good restaurants nearby but public transport a short walk away will take you to the city centre. Overall a good experience but I am not sure I would book again.

Great location and facilities
Amazing location close to the conference centre. Spacious room with high ceilings. Clean and tidy! Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Couldn’t ask for more!

Ich suchte was in der Umgebung für den nächsten Tag. Mit 10 Minuten Fahrzeit von meinem Ziel am nächsten Tag war das Hotel gut. Leider war der Aufenthalt dann doch nicht so toll wie gedacht. Ein starker modernder Geruch kam mir beim betreten des Zimmers entgegen, das Bad war nicht wirklich gereinigt (auch die offenen und nur halbvollen Shampoo Flaschen weisten darauf hin!). Im TV waren nur wenige Sender zu empfangen. Der Eingangsbereich war vollkommen mit Hundehaaren übersäht und für den Parkplatz wurde eine Gebühr von 20Euro verlangt, eine Rechnung dafür konnte nicht ausgestellt werden

Great place. Clean. Nice furnished. Comfort bed. Equipped kitchen. Good local area. Kind and helpful staff. Metro station nearby. And close to Messe Wien, where we were at a conference. If choose Vienna Suites you will not be wrong.

Nous avions réservé une chambre simple. Elle était très belle et spacieuse mais sous les toits donc sans aucune vue... Autre bémol : aucun espace extérieur aménagé pour les fumeurs, aucun cendrier devant l'hôtel. Enfin, gel douche et shampoing au compte goutte : un de chaque pour deux... étant donné que nous n'avions que des bagages cabine, nous n'avions rien emporté, il a donc fallu gérer. La situation de l'établissement était parfaite et au calme. Malgré les petits détails que j'ai indiqués plus haut nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The owner, Said, is most helpful with everything we needed. The place was charming and the food at the greek resto downstairs was the best in the area.

Positiv: - sehr schön renovierter Altbau - Freundlicher Empfang Negativ: - Das Bad ist sehr klein und schon etwas abgewohnt. Es hat einen unangenehmen Kanalgeruch - Wir hatten 2 Betten mit je ca. 160 cm Breite. Ein breiteres Bett wäre uns angenehmer gewesen. - Etwas eigenartige Mischung aus alt/stylisch und IKEA

Stunning spaceous flats
Amazing, boutique hotel like atmosphere. Huge, tastefully furnished living room and bedroom. Immaculately clean. Fridge and small coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge comes with the room. Real shame there is no breakfast. It took me for ever to walk around the area to get something to eat in the mornings. It wasn't very convenient.

Leuke en schone grote kamers
Loop afstand van openbaar vervoer. Mooie ingerichte kamers met een kleine keuken en aparte slaapkamer. Mensen die daar werken zijn echt vriendelijk.
