Lo que estuvo agradable fue lo conveniente para estar cerca de la playa, atracciones y Tiendas. Lo que tendrin que poner mas atencion es en la limpieza de loa cuartos, ya que deberian tener lugares especificos para huespedes con pets.O de lo contrario hacerle una limpieza de Shampoo cada vez que se ocupe un cuarto con mascotas. NO SOLO ASPIRARLO. Porque tambien se encontro una cucaracha. Gracias

I’m very pregnant, and I asked for additional pillows and was told there weren’t any. I needed them for my belly and to put my very swollen feet up. I was not informed of the WiFi password or time for breakfast at check in. Also, my TV in my room didn’t work, and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I’m also still waiting for my incidental charge to be refunded.

Was told by staff and guests on two occasions that I should park my car by the main lobby so it doesn’t get broken into. Upon check-in which the staff was great, my room was dirty. Full trash was left from previous guest. Bug in shower and no full size towels. The next day I saw multiple roaches and checked out early and had to get a room elsewhere for the remaining two days.

I checked in and 15 min later I went back to the front desk to advise I could not stay in the hotel. The building stinks. It says no smoking but clearly smells like smoke. They charge $25 dollars for a pet fee, which looks and smells like they sprinkle a bunch of carpet freshener down. I get into the room and there are ROACHES in the bathroom! I went back to the front desk and said I can't stay here it's disgusting. Not to mention the bathtub was all bubbled up looked like paint peeling. The health board should be called on this place!

This place was ruff. We walked in our room and immediately found a roach. By the time we looked through the room and bathroom we found 5-7 roaches. Not a good place and I would never recommend anyone stay here and if you do check your room for bugs.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My family and I room wasn’t clean. The floor was filthy like it hasn’t been mopped in years. My kitchen was infected with ants. I have pictures I can upload if it lets me. My freezer wasn’t clean. It look like someone spilled Pepsi all over it and left it there. The nightstand in our bedroom had a stinky spill stain on it. There was two bathroom doors in my room what wouldn’t shut completely. I would like to say though the staff were very friendly and nice. As soon as I complained about my kitchen they came in with bug spray and strayed my counter down and cleaned it with bleach. There was no other double room to put myself and family in so we had to stick it out. Thank goodness we were only there for two days. It wasn’t an a good experience at all. I definitely wouldn’t stay here ever again! The area that the hotel is in is rowdy as well. In the parking lot people were just hanging out like it was a club or something. I walked past a used condom on the ground right by my car, it was disgusting.

I'd give you a five-star if it wasn't for the weed stinking smell throughout the building and into the rooms. I had to keep the noisy bathroom fan with it's light on all night to limit the the weed smell in my room.

I had an early morning surgery at Sentara hospital, this was the closest hotel. Rather than make a long, very early drive we decided to come the previous evening. It was convenient, but was not a good choice. Someone in the room above was pacing all night long and the floor sounded like a drum. We may have gotten an hours sleep.

I arrived and the clerk at the desk was super nice and informative. There are extra security measures which are good, the area around doesnt seem the safest with cops going off at night and car alarms, just make sure everything is safely stored. I got a studio room and it was nice and spacious. Loved the kitchen and the tiny apartment vibe, its super great since i travel a lot to be able to cook my own meals,but it smelled a bit like wet dog, and i found a couple of fleas. It was super nice overall for the price, just make sure you stay safe!

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever been in. Everything was dirty, stained beds, bugs, food still left in the refrigerator. Hallway carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in days.

Hallways smelled like weed. Guest sat outside the office smoking weed. Rooms were clean but without usual amenities. Had to get shampoo, hair dryer and silverware from front desk. Beds were comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Overall , the place is clean and friendly staff. Key who works the overnight shift is aweson.I did not like the area. The hotel did not have cameras outdoors and someone was lingering near my car taking pictures.
