Terrible House
To start the description is totally false, the dock isn't new. The deck and walkways have screws coming, we had to hammer down a bunch so no one cut their feet. The pool was green when we got there, it took until Wednesday before we got into pool. BTW, the pool guy did not come back on Thursday or Friday to vacuum pool. The screened in porch, no door on one end, the door at other end did not have a screen! So many holes in the other screens. Outside furniture was in terrible shape, we sat on one seat and the bottom feel out. Bugs in one of the bedrooms, bottom floor bedroom was like an oven. Windows that didn't close completely. They say you get what you pay for, I didn't!! My kudo's to Ryan in trying to get pool taken care of. Oh, there is no guide book, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced. The one bathroom shower with the tub has broken fiberglass. Paint peeling off the front of the house. Just not a good house, needs so much work. No broom, no vacuum, ice maker was incredibly slow, we had to buy ice. Just bad, super disappointed!
