They had an upgrade. Hotel should do upgrade by floors and not check people into rooms on floors as it is a major upgrade with everything being torn apart. Horrible experience

Stayed here this weekend for a hockey tournament- everyone didn’t have hot water for showers! I’ve stayed in ALOT of hotels and have never ran out of hot water- ridiculous!! Breakfast was average, really noisy- it’s right by the railroad tracks. Rooms need major updating. Only positive was there’s a nice bar within walking distance.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed & pillows. Comfortable towels. I was impressed. Just FYI, the railroad track is near to the hotel, however I was NOT bothered by any train noise. I slept fine. Also, the Staff was helpful and courteous.

Front desk staff wonderful
Arrived at 3 PM which was check-in time but room was not ready. Front desk staff checked with housekeeping who were on iop of t. Thank you to Liz and Brittany who were helpful and kept us updated on the progress. Thank you also to Heather the housekeeper who sped up the process of cleaning and did a great job! The downside was the hotel is RIGHT NEXT to the train tracks, and the train comes by frequently. Breakfast just ok - usual selections for a hotel.

We liked the staff when we could find them Good attitudes but missing from the front desk. The chili and soup were good in the evening. The room had a large, distracting black stain in the carpet, the window in 214 is totally clouded. I was surprised to find no elevator in the building but yet was placed on the 2nd floor while I am parked in the handicap zone. My older brother had difficulty with the stairs as did I with bad joints.

my tub and sink still had hair in them from the prior guest. I thought I was getting a room with king bed and a couch. It had a roll away in there? Overall I was very dissatisfied with the room and they had no others.

Check in was supposed to start at 3 we got to the building around 330 ish and we didn't get in our room till close to 8 pm. We understand a lot of places are short staffed but this could have been handle differently.

Good stay overall.
The carpet showed lots of wear and the shower wasn’t in great shape. The tub diverted was very worn out. Beds were comfortable and staff was great. If you can’t sleep with train noise, avoid this hotel. Wasn’t an issue for us but could see it being a problem.

Our shower leaked horribly all over the floor in the bathroom. It took four towels for one shower. And I think everyone should know, there are trains that run till mid night and start up again at 6:30am. The staff was friendly enough.

Absolutely horrible, very rude staff. Pets are allowed but charged an extra $250 for a pet to stay. Worst hotel experience I have had.

I booked thru Expedia.com, this apparently was a mistake. The room i booked had a whirlpool hot tub and fireplace in the pictures. When we checked in we found no fireplace or hot tub. We talked to the front desk person and he said that our room (201) did not have these amenities but 205 did. He said he would leave a note and it could and would be adjusted in the morning by the manager. We said that would be fine. We tried to talk to the 2 front desk ladies in the morning. They told us that expedia had sold us a room that was booked when we bought it and there was nothing they could do. This was not what we had been told the previous night. So i contacted expedia when we got home. They said the manager was out and they could try to remedy the situation when they returned. When they returned i was told by expedia the hotel could do nothing bc of their policy. This was disapointing all around. The only reason i booked this expensive room was bc i thought it had the amenities it was supposed to have. All i wanted was the difference in price that i had paid. 201 was also extremely warm bc of its proximity to the pool, could hear every person checking in, had stains all over the carpet, and when we asked for linens for the pull out couch we were given a ball of linens from a dryer with a tiny blanket. Very unprofessional and dissapointing.
