BEDBUGS…need I say more. The staff was great and switched my room after finding bedbugs crawling on my pillow. The manager did comp the room, but now we have to go through preventative measure to make sure we don’t bring these home The room they switched us to was dirty, urine all over the toilet, and mold in the shower, which was leaking. Both rooms were missing essential items. Such as toiletries, pillows and cups.

The staff was great when thwy were around. We tried calling 3 times and went up to the desk once without any interaction. Smoking was allowed directly next to the door and the smell filled up our room and the entire hall. The hotel is close to the freeway, and you can hear everything. Not a location I would stay at again.

This is a very nice property. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly and check in was a breeze. The only thing that bothered me are the huge shower heads that get water everywhere when you shower. You can't adjust them and they spray directly to the back of the tub.

The rooms were super clean and breakfast was great. The outside sitting/bbq area was nice, but wish it had a gas firepit. It was a bit chilly when we stayed, so a firepit would have been amazing!!! Overall, our stay was great though!! No complaints.

I had a nice quiet stay. Seemed nice and clean. The only problem is the water doesn’t get very hot. You will have to take a Luke warm shower.

The front desk lady at check-in wasn't nice at all. She didn't ask for my ID or anything to identify me. The property is not the cleanest. Definitely needs to be deep-cleaned.
