Lo recomiendo muy buen servicio y muy limpio, regresaré a Waco seguramente me hospedaré en ese mismo o en otro pero esa mismo cadena de establecimiento.

no es justo
Pues todo estuvo perfecto, solo que me sacaron 20 dlls de mi targeta. Y hable y me dijieron que lo hicieron que por si todo quedo bien en el cuarto y que si esta bien todo ,me los regresan pero eso no esta bien.

After you check out and there is found to be no damage to the room, the money that was authorized on your card is released. The swimming pool has warm water. But I was disappointed that the pool is not accessible for older people. There are no chairs in the room with the pool. There is no place for an adult to sit while watching children swim. There are no steps built into the pool. The pool can be entered only by a metal ladder on the side of the pool. Getting in and especially out of the pool would be very difficult, if not impossible, for many seniors.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Only "bold" coffee with its high acidity and no regular creamer of any kind, powder or otherwise. No biscuits, no gravy, so the sausage patty has to play by itself! The sausage, bacon, and eggs were done to perfection.

I always enjoy staying here, very good location. Only problem was there was no light at the desk. Outlets to charge phone were very loose and trouble charging.

I check in room 301 we could not sleep the motor of the refrigerators outside made loud noise, in the morning I told front desk and they said they would do something about it. I went to front desk second day and they said she was going to check with the manager to see if they could do something almost 10 pm waiting for the call, later young lady came to the door and said phone was not working and the plugs to charge our phones were not working. They move us to a one bed room when I paid for a 2 bed room. Bad experience .

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and lots of breakfast choices. Unfortunate that although it was close to some restaurants, you have to cross a busy highway to get to them.

This is not a brand new hotel but it’s well maintained. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. A nice continental breakfast was provided. The air conditioner works well. The beds were comfortable. Good place to stay for the money. Would stay again.

the people at the front desk just nice and Sweet was there from the 27 thur the 29 and the room was not cleaned 1 time had to go get my own clean towel and i booked it thru expedita and the account said paid in full then i was charged another 40 then 18 dollars so what's that about so i feel and will find out as i keep my recipients so I'm confused as who told are did not disclose the truth room 209
