It was very clean and nice quiet neighborhood. But you should know that restaurants close at 8 or 9 pm. Not many in the town. Would definitely rent it again if we are in the area.

This property was perfect for our family. Thank you for providing such a lovely, authentic Anson County home. The house is beautiful and the personal touches very thoughtful. It was everything we were looking for and more. Planning to visit again in the future.

The house is much larger than it looks like from the street. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, check-in was detailed and all communications were clear and responsive. The house is well-equipped and is truly a home-away-from-home. It is a delightful place to stay and I would recommend it highly.

We had a very delightful stay at Anna's Place. And Debbie was always responsive to phone calls and questions. It is a very comfortable and clean home. We would definitely stay here when in the area again.

Excellent communication from the owner. I had some confusion upon arrival regarding the lock code, but she took my call immediately and had everything sorted out within seconds. Property was extremely clean and well appointed, and the owner was very accommodating on both check in and check out.

I was highly impressed with this rental. This being my first rental and having heard horror stories about renting through homeowner rentals, I was a bit apprehensive about what I might find etc. This property far surpassed my expectations. The house is comfortable, clean, and organized; and...did I mention CLEAN? Beautifully furnished and decorated; the pictures are exactly as I found the house. The property owner was so friendly, hospitable, and easy to get in contact with, with prompt return of texts or calls. I felt extremely safe in this location; a quiet neighborhood that I would have gladly walked through had I had the time. So glad I found Anne's Place; I will definitely be using this home again.

This was a fabulous little house. So clean and comfortable. We really loved it. The homeowner was easy to reach by text, the door opens with a code, no keys to keep track of, the neighborhood so quiet. The bedrooms have black out shades and super comfortable beds and linens so I slept extremely well. Everything was so clean and nicely laid out. The decor was quiet and restful. I have rarely enjoyed a home rental so much. It resembled a hotel in that it felt like it was set up for the customer instead of a house guest. I usually feel like an intruder in someone's home. But this time I just felt like I was at home. It was great.

If you are ever staying in the Anson County area then this is the place to stay! My wife and I enjoyed this small revamped older home. The decor and amenities are spot on. We travel a lot around NC and this was one of my wife’s favorites! Well worth the money!
